La peor decisión tomada

En realidad fue una pésima elección de hotel, ya que hay muchas cosas negativas para enumerar…
Primeramente la comunicación con la gente a cargo de la recepción fue desastrosa, ya que habiéndoles pedido por favor que nos mandaran un taxi a recogernos (dado que hacía 2 horas que estábamos intentando localizar el hotel al salir de la estación de trenes) y jamás nos respondieron 😡
Luego llegó la gran decepción al ver el estado en que se encontraba la habitación, todo muy viejo, roto y descuidado.
El desayuno es por demás súper básico.
Y por último, le pedimos por favor al señor encargado de la recepción el día anterior a retirarnos que nos pida un taxi hasta la estación central de trenes, porque está bastante lejos e inaccesible y debíamos viajar temprano… y no lo hizo.!!!! Esa mañana no estuvo ni tampoco dejó el encargo a nadie.!!! Tuvimos suerte de que un señor muy amable nos llamara un taxi (ya que nosotros no hablamos italiano y se nos hacía difícil) Pasamos muchos nervios y considero que eso no se debe hacer con ningún huésped.

La struttura ha camere non ristrutturate o parzialmente ristrutturate, mobilio serramenti, elettrodomestici e pareti anni 80, l'edificio è un po' vecchio ma funzionale in rapporto a posizione e prezzo.

Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cette hôtel et franchement pour il est super pour passer 2 nuits et 2 jours a Sanremo proche de tout a pied et pas besoin de la voiture. Parking en supplément à 12 euros par jour mais cela est très pratique.
Le personnel est très sympa

Il manquait juste un freezer dans le petit frigo proposer dans la chambre mais pas eu utilité et le volets côté droit ne fermer pas ( chambre 18)
