Henkilökunta ei puhunut eikä ymmärtänyt sanaakaan englantia, mitä on vaikea ymmärtää kun kyse on hotellin henkilökunnasta. Huone ei ollut valmiina sisäänkirjautumisaikaan. Siisteys on heikkoa. Yksi seurueemme jäsenistä sai ruokamyrkytyksen hotellin aamiaisen jälkeen.
