Great views. Letdowns elsewhere.
Pros:

The views from this hotel are fantastic; you’d struggle to find better. There are various terraces to look out from and the views from the windows in the breakfast room are exceptional. Sadly, very few rooms have this outlook. They are not at all like the advertisements.

The food was good. Breakfast was varied but rarely replenished and the systems were unclear - for example when you should serve something yourself and when you were to wait for a server. It would be an easy fix for staff to welcome guests and offer them, for example, hot and cold drinks. Dinner was small portions and the menu was not available in English. This could be fixed easily.

The pool was busy but there was lots of space around it. The biggest irritant with this hotel was the extra charge for sun loungers - €9 per lounger per day. For a hotel advertising a swimming pool this is absurd. We were a family of seven staying for only three nights and this added an unexpected charge of over €200! I questioned this with the reception and they said I was the first person to have complained about it this year.

The rooms were nice but varied dramatically in style and size. I had shampoo supplied (though the bottle was empty upon arrival) but no shower gel. Each of our rooms had a balcony but they were not big enough to sit on.

Another big issue with the hotel - again, easily rectified - was the noise made by the cleaning staff in the morning. From 07:00 there was loud chatting, laughing and shouting back and forth. This was a rude awakening each morning. At first I thought it was just an unfortunate one-off. When it happened each morning, I began to suspect this was a tactic from the staff to wake guests so that they could get in and clean the rooms. Not good.

Pros:

The view is amazing(!) BUT that is where the positive ends with this hotel.
You are not allowed to eat out on the terrace and the staff of the restaurant is rude if only you ask why even though it is all empty on the terrace.
The hotel WiFi does not work and the reception is already poor up at the hotel site so you can’t use your phone for anything but calling basically.
The bed is so hard that you sleep poorly.
You pay premium to stay here but they still charge you 8 euros to use a sun bed by the pool area.
The breakfast only has a few options and neither is great, some are OK.
On the terrace, there is a man using a leaf blower to remove potential leafs from the terrace almost all the time, even during breakfast time so you can’t have a conversation.
In Sweden, this hotel and the service would merely get 3 stars and that would be for the view alone.

Separate bedroom for my daughter and the view was amazing however my day was in room 301 and there was a very severe damp smell and his bathroom was tiny

Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa per la vista che offre. La colazione non è presentata benissimo ma è davvero buona. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile in particolare il ragazzo che si occupava del servizio navetta.

Cons:

La cosa che è mi ha deluso è stata la camera davvero troppo vecchia. Sinceramente per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Anche la piscina potrebbe migliorare..l’acqua non era pulitissima. Penso che questa struttura ha un potenziale enorme ma poco sfruttato.
