Old charm with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay
Pros:

Beautiful location with amazing view and convenient walk to shopping area and restaurants. Quick ride from the ferry.
Room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night.
Love the old charm of the hotel and breakfast was great with many options.Pool area nice and clean with a patio to order lunch very affordably priced.
I would come back and stay here and highly recommend it.

Cons:

A ramp to get your luggage in at the entrance. I used the side entrance opposite the pool where you had no stairs.

Ritornerò a Capri, ma non all'hotel S. Michele
Pros:

Il servizip navetta, per altro affidato a Salvatore, capace, empatico e molto professionale

Cons:

Struttura vecchia e poco curata. Come esempio posso dire che avevo un condizionatore che non rinfrescava, ma era rumoroso come un treno.

Les murs de la chambre pas forcément hyper entretenus. Et la chambre très mal isolée donc on entend bcp les voitures.

We reccomend but we would not book the small double room.

Location, the viuewfrom the restaurant terrasse, the garden and the pool

Cons:

The size of the double room. It was not possible to walk around and not possible to open the door when the suitcase was open. We were also missing not having chairs on the balcony, it should be possible to fit in some folding type chairs

We enjoyed our stay as the staff were accomodating and helpful. It is an old building with stunning views and old world

The location is amazing with stunning views of the bay in Capri and island generally . The staff were super helpful and very kind. Breakfast buffet offered great variety and has brilliant views. Room was large and had a lovely terrace. Hotel site is surrounded by lush gardens and pool area.

Cons:

This is an historic building with old world charm but is in need of some maintenance. It appears renovations had occurred in some areas. There was nothing awful but just starting to show wear and tear of an older place.
