A fabulous hotel with great facilities spotless rooms would stay here again
Pros:

Modern, well maintained in a good location with excellent amenities and pleasant helpful staff

Cons:

The dining experience was marred with an over priced menu and underwhelming food has great potential but needs a review there are so many other eateries on the strip.

De kamer was ruim en schoon, de housekeeping dame was super aardig. En ook de kleinere oudere meneer aan het ontbijt was fantastisch.

Cons:

Het personeel (vooral aan de receptie). Zo ongastvrij. Bij de incheck zeiden ze letterlijk niets meer dan, hier heb je de sleutel van 415, tot ziens. Bij vertrek een goodbye. Geen woord, geen advies, geen praatje, niks. Zelfs toen we aangaven dat we zoveel geluidsoverlast hadden bij de dame met blonde haren aan de receptie toonde ze geen begrip, geen oplossing. Bizar.

Brilliant
Pros:

Amazing breakfast - one of the best ever and we’ve travelled a lot! Staff all so polite and friendly. Excellent position. Rooms spacious and clean very comfortable beds. Will try to return for a longer stay.

Wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel und Riviera verbracht.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. Grosses und feines Frühstücksbüffet. Geräumige und helle Zimmer. Gute und schöne Lage. Meer vis a vis vom Hotel aus. Pool gross und Badetücher zur Verfügung

Un sogno!

Tutto, è stata davvero una vacanza fantastica! Conoscevo la strutttura perché ho già soggiornato a Lido di Camaiore diversi anni fa ma mai in questo hotel, che è veramente un Grand Hotel, con tutto ciò che ne consegue! Trattamento top sotto ogni punto di vista, colazione stupefacente, con cuoco che cucina le uova a richiesta di ogni tipo e buffet con ogni varietà di cibo dolce e salato, con specialità locali di ottima qualità! Passando all'ora di pranzo ho potuto vedere dei buffet strepitosi!! Una menzione particolare per il solarium che è un'oasi di pace molto apprezzabile. La nostra camera junior suite con vista mare era enorme con dei letti immensi!! Personale preparato e professionale, dalla reception al ristorante, alle signore addette alla camere, sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci e infatti ci tornerò presto!
