L'odore sgradevole di fogna del bagno in camera veramente orrido e la risposta al telefono per sapere la password del WiFi scocciata perché richiesta 2 volte.

La posizione ottima. Camera molto bella e originale. Personale accogliente e garbato, soprattutto la ragazza che si occupa della colazione.

Cons:

Sono semplicemente dei consigli...sistemare dei dettagli usurati nella camera e ampliare un po' di più la proposta della colazione.

Un buffet ricco e vario. Per tutti i gusti. Ottima la posizione per visitare a piedi Spoleto. Bagno pulito e di dimensioni comode.

Cons:

Il fatto che l'Hotel abbia permesso l'organizzazione di una festa privata con musica, in un locale apposito ancorchè insonorizzato, ha creato piccoli disagi a chi vuole riposare nel silenzio prima delle 01.30.

Posizione, la cura degli spazi comuni, il personale e la colazione

Cons:

avevo chiesto una stanza con vista, è questo desiderio non è stato sodisfatto (con la bassa stagione e i pochi ospiti credevo fosse facile). il divano -> letto singolo della stanza molto scomodo per dormire, senza topper e soprattutto senza piumone o coperta ma il copridivano aperto, rigido e con gli angoli in faccia avvolti dal lenzuolo. Box doccia da hotel di 1-2 stelle e con il soffione che usciva acqua fredda a goccia e a lungo (5min attesa per l'acqua calda). tutto ciò riguarda la stanza 104. Sono aspetti importanti da tenere sotto controllo per un albergo di 4 stelle.

Tutto bene ma si può sempre migliorare....
Pros:

La posizione strategica in pieno centro storico, la possibilità di parcheggiare in parcheggio privato di fronte all'hotel ad un costo di € 15,00 al giorno, la colazione dolce /salato abbondante e varia. Molto belle e curate le zone comuni

Cons:

La stanza era di piccole dimensioni e pertanto con il riscaldamento acceso faceva troppo caldo. Al nostro arrivo dal bagno proveniva un forte odore di scarico...abbiamo risolto tenendo sempre la finestra aperta anche di notte. Il faretto della camera era "lampeggiante"

Camera e mobili troppo vecchi che puzzavano , Wi-Fi che nn funzionava ,bagni cn vasca scomodissima , letto molto scomodo , non si riusciva a dormire fino a tarda notte per le grida provenienti da fuori , parcheggio che inesistente ,mentre c’era scritto che avevano il parcheggio privato
