Il s agit d'un magnifique hôtel, très bien situé, avec une terrasse et plage reposante et magnifique

Cons:

La facturation supplémentaire des frais de service... nous je sommes pas aux États-Unis mais en Europe. Je trouve inadmissible de facturer un 5% supplémentaire juste pour afficher des prix plus bas.

Ho riscontrato alcune problematiche durante il mio recente check-in. Difficoltà di errori nella lettura del cognome (di pochissime lettere) e la prenotazione non risultava facilmente reperibile, creando qualche disagio. Inoltre, desidero segnalare un'anomalia rilevata sulla fattura: se non me ne fossi accorta, sarebbe stato aggiunto automaticamente un 5% per le mance al personale. Ritengo che questa voce debba essere richiesta esplicitamente e non inserita di default, soprattutto considerando che non siamo all'estero dove questa pratica è comune. Devo dire che questo atteggiamento non è stato particolarmente gradito, anche se la voce è stata prontamente rimossa e la fattura ristampata in modo corretto.

Pros:

L’emplacement au bord du lac, le parking sur place, la proximité de l’embarcadère pour les îles, le surclassement vue latérale lac

Cons:

Le prix élevé, l’ajout automatique d’un pourboire de 5 % sur la facture finale qu’il a fallut demander de faire enlever ce qui n’est pas très agréable.

Wspaniały hotel.
Pros:

Hotel, pokój spełniał a nawet przewyższał oczekiwania. Niesamowity wystrój, właściwie urządzony z przepychem ale bardzo miłym. Widok z okna balkonowego na jezioro i odległy brzeg, cudowny. Polecam.

Bell'hotel ma ha potenziale per molto meglio
Pros:

Struttura grande, piscina esterna e interna comode, posizione ottima.

Cons:

La spa divisa tra uomini e donne; colazione a 27€/cad penso di non averla pagata neanche in centro a Manatthan; obbligo di mancia del 5% al momento del conto poco elegante . Da rivedere arredamento in stile anni 90..
