Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage, eigener Hotelstrand, Zugang zum See, sehr gepflegter Garten. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, Frühstücken auf der Terrasse des Restaurants
Mit Blick auf den See: einen besseren Start in den Tag kann man sich nicht wünschen🤩

Cons:

Recht kleine Zimmer.
Keine Bademäntel, um innerhalb des Hauses zum Schwimmbadbereich zu gehen.
Frühstück nur bis 10Uhr, 10.30Uhr wäre wünschenswert

Location is great. We also liked the food in the restaurant for dinner (breakfast is bad).

Cons:

Air conditioning is almost of no use regardless of settings - you hardly feel it.
Very average breakfast; limited variety of food and the food quality could be better. Water, tea, coffee in the room have to be replenished daily; daily water is non-negotiable. Paper cups in plastic bags - really?!
Internet (Wi-Fi) is extremely slow. Consider it’s absent.
Towels - big towel is good, but the others are… hm… not.
Lake entrance is not properly maintained - is slippery. Just one entrance from the beach is definitely insufficient for the size of the hotel. The beach is split into left and right parts: left one (if you face the lake) has the stairs, right one has no entrance to the lake at all. Alternatively, you can access from the platform but you have to pay 100 EUR daily.

Overall satisfied, but disappointed with room temperature.
Pros:

Very nice facility as to location and the amenities provided. The staff always are amazing (courteous, friendly, capable), and the facility is very clean. Breakfast is amazing.

Cons:

The room faced east, and when we got to the room, the a/c hadn't been on due to (presumably) one of the staff leaving the sliding door a bit ajar, hence the a/c shut off. It took hours to cool the room, and even then the a/c was insufficient to get to the desired temperature.

Gli spazi esterni, la vista, la spiaggia privata

Camera molto piccola, arredi datati e non rinnovati, quasi si ha difficoltà a camminare nella stanza (pagata 180 euro a notte)
La spa era chiusa
Colazione 27 euro, una mezza bottiglia di acqua 4 euro, parcheggio 25 euro al gg.
Obbligo del 5% di mancia su tutto quello che si consuma.
La cosa che trovo assurda è che io frigobar in camera sia vuoto! Ma soprattutto l’acqua non è inclusa, quindi devi ricordati di comprarla prima di salire in camera oppure la devi ordinare a 4 euro a bottiglia da mezzo litro.

Questo è lusso? Fatemi pagare anche di più la camera ma trovo grave che alle 2 di notte avevo sete e non c’era acqua in camera, mi è stato detto al telefono che non era inclusa se non la prima notte 🤣
E ho speso 509 euro per due notti senza colazione e sempre mangiato fuori perché le recensioni del ristorante interno sono negative.

Credo che rappresenti in pieno la decadenza dell’ospitalità italiana, motivo per il quale sia io che tanti altri scegliamo di andare fuori a fare le vacanze.

Séjour reposant dans une région à visiter absolument! Magnifique infrastructure hôtelière!
Pros:

- Piscine intérieure et extérieure au top! Accès au lac et possibilité de se baigner.
- Le déjeuner est exceptionnel avec un vaste choix à disposition, sans oublier la magnifique terrasse du déjeuner avec vue sur le lac.
- La vue depuis notre chambre sur la piscine et le lac.
- L'hôtel se situe à 300 mètre de l'embarcadère, ce qui est bien pratique pour organiser des excursions sur les îles ou vers les autres de Locarno et Stresa.

Cons:

- Il faut réserver le restaurant de l'hôtel si vous souhaitez manger. Nous l'avons appris à nos dépens un samedi soir et n'avons malheureusement pas obtenu de place pour le repas du soir.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Grand Hotel Dino. L'emplacement à Baveno est tout simplement idyllique, le personnel est accueillant et toujours très sympathique, et la climatisation dans les chambres est particulièrement efficace, ce qui est très appréciable en été.

Cons:

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : le petit-déjeuner gagnerait à être un peu plus varié d'un jour à l'autre, le tarif du parking est élevé, tout comme les prix des boissons et de la restauration sur place (bar de la piscine et restaurants). Les 5 % de frais supplémentaires appliqués sur les consommations sont également une mauvaise surprise. Enfin, il est dommage que l'accès à la salle de sport soit payant dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.
