Fabulous
Pros:

I loved it - such a surprise - we had been staying in places with shared bathrooms - this was a wonderful treat and I will be back

Cons:

Nothing ! Especially as not very busy - one thing we had to eat out as in house it was full in the Evening but they found us a lovely place.

Cons:

Getränke wirklich teuer, kleines bier bei pool 9€ in plastik becher, wirklich übertrieben… parkplatz in der garage auch ziemlich teuer, da wir mal ausgefahren sind, waren es schnell für 1 Nacht, 16+22 oder so…

Amazing pool & views, but staff & lack of service let this hotel down badly
Pros:

Amazing location and views. The pool saved us in the late May heat wave.

Cons:

Rude and disinterested staff. It took 3 requests over 5 hours before our beds were changed from twin to double. The room coffee table hadn't been cleaned properly. Pool staff unhelpful. No food or drink service at the pool, 'just go to main Bar', except that this hotel is HUGE, so that was a 5 minute walk just to get there, only to have to wait in line while the one bartender dealt with orders. From what we observed this hotel has a huge conference and bus tour clientele, so they're really not that interested in other guests. No smart TV in the room. Apart from the pool and those views, we found the experience incredibly disappointing.

Inoubliable pour un couple 🥰
Pros:

J’aime tout dans cet hôtel : c’est un très bel hôtel, avec une chambre offrant une magnifique vue sur le lac. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et délicieux. Tout le personnel est très serviable et attentionné. Une mention spéciale à Daniel du service food & beverage, qui a été particulièrement aimable et professionnel.
La situation géographique est parfaite pour se promener et profiter des balades.

El Hotel en general muy bien, la habitación un poco mejorable.
Pros:

Las instalaciones y vistas del hotel. La piscina y playa privada. Tienen una playa disponible para ir con perros.

Cons:

La habitación es muy vieja. Muebles muy antiguos que parecía que se iban a romper. Había zonas que no estaban limpias. El suelo de la terraza no lo habían limpiado en semanas. Se puede ir con mascota pero hay muchas zonas restringidas y nos dieron una habitación a doble altura donde la barandilla y escalera no eran muy seguras para el perrito.

La charge pour les voitures électriques avec une taxe sans laisse trop longtemps le câble même à 2h du matin ??? Le personnel pas cohérent. Le parking à 35 francs,
