La picine et la plage privée de l'hôtel et la possibilité d'y aller avec son chien.

Cons:

Le prix de petit déjeuner était trop cher pour la présentation.

Le côté élitaire pour les transats réservés pour les chambres plus chères.

Empfehlenswertes sauberes Hotel mit direkten Strandzugang. Beim Personal besteht Schulungsbedarf.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und bietet einen hervorragenden Blick auf den Lago. Besonders gefallen hat uns der direkte Strandzugang und unsere Suite mit einer sehr großen Dusche und perfekten Ausblick auf den See.

Cons:

Leider ist das Personal am Empfang hektisch und auch nicht besonders freundlich gewesen. Etwas ärgerlich fanden wir auch, dass nicht alle Leistungen zur Verfügung standen, da einige Bereiche wie z. B. die Poolbar nicht immer geöffnet waren.

Poor internet, limited beauty products (no conditioner, body lotion or box of tissues). TV small and poor audio quality. Equivalent 4 star hotels provide coffee machines. 1

Cons:

We only had a pack containing 1 tissue for our 3 night stay, a box of tissues would have been far better. This was our ONLY negative.
