Séjour idyllique au bord du lac

On a particulièrement apprécié le succulent et copieux petit-déjeuner au bord du lac, le confort des chambres, le bon restaurant, le choix de piscines.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt am Lago Maggiore mit einem privaten Zugang und top Anlage. Beim Frühstück kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Ausblick genießen. In der Umgebung sind viele tolle Restaurants und man ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Stresa entfernt. Mit der Fähre direkt neben dem Hotel kann man auch tolle Tagesausflüge machen.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Doppelbetten. Uns wurde von der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass sie nur Einzelbetten haben, die zusammengeschoben werden. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen und das Bett hat sogar gequitscht. Das Personal war bei Bitte um Behebung nicht sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück sollte man das Rührei meiden, da es sehr mehlig geschmeckt hat...

Wunderschöne Aussicht, schöner Pool und Privatstrand

Cons:

Personal war nicht sehr zuvorkommend. Bei Frühstück Sonntag nur bis 10:30 wurde schon ab 10 Uhr abgeräumt, um 10:25 konnte man nicht einmal mehr Wasser selber holen, wurde aber auf Nachfrage gebracht. Im Zimmer Pappbecher statt Glas oderTasse... Pool und Strand schon un 20 uhr geschlosen ( im Somner). Personal an Rezeptioncwar mässig freundlich und hat ungefragt 5% Servicegebühr auf Beleg dazugezählt, udann optional zu sagen, man könnte es auch wegnehmen, wenn man nicht wolle.Das ist Zwängerei und schfe, weil es ein uangenehmes Gefühl hinterlässt.
