Un bon hôtel si vous avez une chambre avec vue sur le lac et climatisation fonctionnelle.
Pros:

L'emplacement, la belle décoration du hall et des chambres, la chambre est assez grande, le personnel est très sympathique.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas et il fait chaud dans la chambre. Il n'y a ni peignoir, ni chaussons, ni crème pour le corps – ce qui est inhabituel pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Si votre chambre n'a pas vue sur le lac, vous aurez une chambre côté rue, ce qui est très bruyant (même si l'hôtel est à moitié vide, on ne vous offrira pas de vue sur le lac sans un supplément important).

excellent séjour dans un hôtel de grande qualité.
Pros:

Emplacement direct sur le Lac Majeur formidable, prestations et accueil du personnel très bien. Le buffet du petit déjeuné exceptionnel. La chambre parfaite pour deux personnes.

Cons:

Le prix des taxes locales ( 45 euros) qui ne sont pas mentionnées en amont ou en arrivant à l'hotel. Le prix du restaurant un peu excessifs par rapport à la qualité. Insonorisation des chambres.

Séjour féérique
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, un palace vénitien posé sur le lac Majeur. On a l 'impression de vivre un rêve.
La suite, digne des splendeurs italiennes, fait briller les yeux surtout d'une jeune fille de 18 ans !
Le personnel est très aimable.
Nous avons apprécier le diner dans la très solennelle salle à manger.
La plage sur le lac nous comble de bonheur.

Cons:

Nous avons tout apprécié ! le cadre enchanteur, évidemment !
l'intérieur si majestueux et raffiné
les salons et son musicien, le soir, après diner.

Das Hotel ist sehr eingestaubt, aber sauber. Die Lage direkt am See sowie der Außenbereich und die Aussicht sind in diesem Hotel sensationell und nur schwer zu übertreffen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schlicht gehalten und ausbaufähig, leider bekommt man noch nicht einmal eine Kanne Kaffee an den Tisch gebracht!
Das Personal war unfreundlich. Bis auf eine Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin und eine Reinigungskraft, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Hier wird Service nicht großgeschrieben.
