Pros:

Amabilité et compétence du personnel.
Nous avons pu laisser notre parking après le check out le temps d'aller visiter les iles Borromées.
Nous avons reçu des informations très utiles sur les possibilités de visite à proximité.
Petit-déjeuner dans une salle avec vue sur le lac. Très agréable.

Cons:

Prix un peu élevé pour le niveau.
Mais c'est compréhensible étant donné la vue sur le Lac Majeur.

Pros:

Tous les membres de l'équipe de l'hôtel sont absolument adorables et aux petits soins (nous avions 2 enfants dont une en très bas âge); petits déjeuners, confort, propreté tout était parfait!

Un doux séjour aux couleurs du début de l’automne, et chouchoutés par le personnel bienveillant!
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement idyllique de cet hôtel à la jolie décoration d’époque XIX ème avec une vue sur les îles Borromées. Le personnel est exceptionnel et la cuisine excellente. Nous y reviendrons!

Die Lage direkt am See und kleiner Uferpromenade ABER an einer Hauptstraße, kostenloser Parkplatz, schönes großes Zimmer, ordentliches Bad, Seeblick mit kleinem Balkon
Preis& Leistung, Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet könnte noch ein bissle umfangreicher in der Auswahl sein....aber das muss jeder mit sich selber ausmachen. Fahrstuhl war außer Betrieb ....für Gäste mit Gehbehinderung eine Herausforderung.

Séjour parfait, on reviendra
Pros:

Absolument TOUT le personnel était adorable, attentionné, souriant, avenant. Les menus du soir étaient copieux et délicieux. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner bien achalandé.

Cons:

Peut-être juste un peu cher quand même, surtout quand on doit se rabattre sur une chambre triple (car pas assez de chambres doubles pour tout notre groupe), mais que seulement 2 personnes y dorment. Un geste aurait été apprécié.

Trevligt och välkomnande hotell
Pros:

Mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och välkomnande personal. Vi bodde i en minisvit och det funkade fint. En trevlig balkong hörde till rummet med utsikt över sjön och strandpromenaden. Poolen som tillhör hotellet var bra och låg fint i trädgården dock blev det skuggigt ganska snabbt på eftermiddagen då solen försvann bakom intilliggande byggnader. Badrock och tofflor fanns på rummet och handduk till poolen fanns att hämta i receptionen. Mycket bra service. Hotellet serverade trerätters middag till ett förmånligt pris. Frukosten var bra och kaffet var supergott. Mycket bra service på detta hotell med trevlig och glad personal. Det fanns en bar i entrén/lobbyn där man kunde ta ett glas vin eller annat samt sitta ner och spela sällskapsspel som fanns att tillgå. Som helt het ett jättebra hotell, vi kommer tillbaka! Vid utcheckning fick vi med oss en påse med små kakor och receptet på dessa om vi ville baka hemma. Mycket trevligt!

Ingenting faktiskt. Super bra boende.

Schönes und sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr zentral und nahe am Fährenterminal gelegen. Schöner Garten und Aussenpool. Sehr freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Private Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel (den wir auch am Abreisetag noch nutzen durften). Duschmöglichkeit beim Pool am Abreisetag als wir schon ausgecheckt hatten.

Mieux que sur les photos et chambre tres spacieuse
Pros:

Chambre extrêmement propre ..refait a neuf et tres modernisée..personnel au petit soin et charmant.Le petit déjeuner est top et la situation dans baveno est geniale..Le plus c'est le parking et la proximité des départ en bateau..la vue sur le lac est magnifique.

Cons:

Le côté lac =coté route donc un peu de bruit le matin mais rien de tel que de profiter pleinement de la journée 😉

Pros:

Very nice room with sufficient storage space. Large bathroom. Great location at the lake, close to the train station and the harbor. you can rent good bicycles at the hotel, which we used for a day trip.
