We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad

vriendelijkheid personeel, zwembad, rustige kamer, dagelijks schone handdoeken, bed werd dagelijks gemaakt en meer nog dan dat werd mijn pyjama opgevouwen (dat was niet nodig uiteraard maar wel heel vriendelijk) en bewaakte parkeerplaats

Cons:

bij aankomst parkeren van onze auto werd verzocht om onze autosleutel zodat de auto verplaatst zou kunnen worden. Echter, onze verzekeringsmaatschappij keurt dit niet goed. Dat heeft het hotel netjes opgelost door ons tijdelijk een parkeerplek voor het hotel te geven en enkele dagen later gevraagd om onze auto op een parkeerplaats achter het hotel te parkeren. Overigens was dit met camera's bewaakt.

Très bon emplacement et Propreté
Pros:

L’emplacement avec vue sur le Lac ; la chambre double grande, propre et bien équipée (Clim, TV, coffre, etc..) l’insonorisation dans les couloirs, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel. La décoration des espaces communs est juste parfaite.

Cons:

L’eau de la douche avec peu de débit.
L’hôtel, comme la plupart des autres commerces, est situé au bord du Lac mais hélas aussi au bord de la route principale, il y a donc un peu de bruit avec les fenêtres ouvertes mais la vue exceptionnelle comble cet inconvénient.

Cosy beautiful hotel just in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Incredible stay! Waking up to that lake view was a dream. The hotel has such a warm, cosy atmosphere, and the staff are wonderful—especially the friendly and helpful people on reception and restaurant. They truly made my trip special. A perfect Italian getaway!

Irreführende Bilder auf Booking

Cons:

Wir haben über Booking ein Zimmer gebucht, das auf den Bildern modern und frisch renoviert wirkte. Vor Ort bot sich jedoch ein völlig anderes Bild: Die Einrichtung erinnerte an die 70er Jahre, insbesondere die sanitären Anlagen waren veraltet. Zudem lag ein unangenehmer Geruch in der Luft. Da die Unterkunft in keiner Weise der Darstellung auf Booking entsprach, haben wir uns entschieden, nicht dort zu übernachten. Zumindest wurde uns alles zurückerstattet.

Parfait emplacement mais très bruyant
Pros:

L emplacement est parfait avec vue sur le lac. Le staff est très serviable et souriant.

Cons:

L insonorisation est quasi inexistante , tant avec les chambres voisines qu'avec la route.
Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment moyen.
