Una piacevole sorpresa.
Pros:

La posizione e' ottima, e' difronte al Museo con i Bronzi di Riace, per capirci.
Vista stupenda dal 5o piano, dove e' la sala colazione/ristorante.
La colazione a buffet varie ed inclusiva di tutto, lo staff eccezionale. Gia' il giorno seguente ricordavano che col caffe' prendevo il mio latte senza lattosio. Attenti, gentili e sempre sorridenti.
Ed e' cosi' tutto lo staff, dal ricevimento alle camere.
Complessivamente un ambiente lavorativo sereno.

Cons:

Probabilmente la prossima volta rinuncero' a camere al 4o piano, la ns era alquanto rumorosa dato il ristorante al piano superiore.

Tutto sommato abbiamo passato una buona giornata in questo hotel vicino a tutto quello che avevamo bisogno

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione dell’hotel, la bellissima vista sullo stretto dal ristorante, il Museo Manrc (bronzi) di fronte all’hotel, la posizione sul lungo mare e centro città x lo shopping e street food! Tante cose!!

Cons:

Devo dire che l hotel è datato e avrebbe bisogno di rinnovarsi nell arredamento stanza e bagno. Soggiornando al 4’ piano e il ristorante al 5’piano la sera dopo cena e la mattina a colazione in camera si sente il trambusto nella preparazione dei tavoli. Sarebbe da insonorizzare il 4’ piano dal 5’.

Le camere dovrebbero essere rinfrescate. La moquette un po sciupata gli specchi in bagno macchiati pervinvecchiamento

Hotel in a great location and with spectacular views as bonus.
Pros:

Location is really good with easy walking access to nearly everything we wanted to do in Reggio Calabria. Accommodation is best described as comfortable and definitely meets its 4 star rating. Rooftop restaurant is impressive and has both indoor and outdoor options. The views of the Messina Straight across to Sicily is spectacular and watching the sunsets there is really special. Great views also of Mount Etna, when wind permits and it is not clouded over with smoke, is awe inspiring.

Cons:

The floors in the room, or on the balcony are dirty and we constantly had dirty feet virtually minutes after having a shower. This could be the result of the fine dust coming in, or being tracked in, but in any case cleaning the floors and small balcony should be a priority for management.
Would have been nice to have a couple of chairs and a small table out on the balcony.

Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottima colazione. Il roof è meraviglioso sia per un aperitivo, sia per colazione, pranzo e cena.

Cons:

La stanza è stata veramente una delusione, non all'altezza del nome dell'albergo. Mi è capitato di andare in alberghi un pò datati, ma la stanza era rimasta agli anni '70 con visibili segni di usura ovunque. Ho chiesto un cambio stanza ma purtroppo era tutto pieno. Peccato davvero.
