Schöne Lage, entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Lage Perfekt, direkt am See, eigener Strandzugang, Kiesstrand, es geht sehr schnell ins tiefe Wasser
Liegewiese schön gestaltet, direkt an der Bar, man kann draußen sitzen und auf den See schauen.
Hotelzimmer relativ geräumig, mit Blick auf den See vom Bett aus. Zwei Balkone.
Nahe Malcesine, malerisches, aber überlaufener Ort. Sehr touristisch.
Einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
Hoteleigene Fahrräder kostenlos zu mieten und lange der Seepromenade entlang fahren. Rad - und Fußweg oft nicht getrennt.

Cons:

Die Einsicht ins Hallenbad von 3-4 Seiten. Unter der Dusche ohne Badebekleidung abduschen eher nicht möglich.
Italienisch sprechen leider ebenfalls nicht möglich, weil man penetrant auf Deutsch angesprochen wird vom italienischen Hotelpersonal.

Schon nur der Lage wegen!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite, somit konnten wir von viel Platz und herrlicher Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge profitieren - das war natürlich Luxus und wunderbar entspannend. Wir hatten grosse Freude daran. Das Hotel liegt grad am See - keine Strasse zwischen Wasser und Gebäude, nur ein Spazierweg und eine schöne und gepflegte Liegewiese mit Liegesesseln und neckischem Whirlpool. Wir schätzten auch die guten Betten, den grossen Balkon (unbedingt die Morgenstimmung geniessen!) und die Sauberkeit sehr. Wir haben die beiden Tage sehr genossen, auch der Freundlichkeit des Personals wegen.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant hat leider nicht ganz unserem Geschmack entsprochen, ebenso das Frühstücksbuffet. Letzteres war nicht schlecht, aber halt standardisiert. Schwierig war für mich auch, dass es beim Nachtessen keine Speisen ohne Knoblauch gab - als Allergikerin war das echt problematisch. Der Koch hat sich um eine Alternative bemüht, jedoch gab es einfach ein Rindsplätzchen, was ich gar nicht mag und deshalb mehr als die Hälfte von meinem Mann gegessen wurde. Mehr gab es nicht, leider. Ich war etwas enttäuscht.
Dennoch: All das würde uns nicht daran hindern, nochmals - sehr gerne! - wieder in dieses Hotel zu kommen. Wir würden nur nicht mehr dort das Dinner einnehmen ;-)

Kaikin puolin erinomainen hotelli.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja sisälsi kaiken mitä aamiaiselta odotimme. Kahvi tehtiin jokaiselle erikseen, oli erittäin hyvää ja tarjoiltiin pöytään. Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla aivan järven rannalla. Ranta-alue kuten muutkin hotellin tilat ja huone olivat erittäin viihtyisät. Parkkipaikat aivan hotellin edessä oli iso plussa.

Cons:

Alueella aika vähän ravintoloita. Hotellissa tosin saatavilla todella hyvä kolmen (25 €) tai neljän (35 E) ruokalajin illallinen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön. Wir haben vom Hotel ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen auf ein neues Zimmer mit direktem Seeblick. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Zimmer schön groß und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und Essen sehr gut. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder

A beautiful, exceptionally well-kept hotel in a peaceful yet convenient location, with fantastic facilities, outstanding
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was excellent — peaceful and quiet, yet still easily accessible. The hotel and surrounding grounds were beautiful and exceptionally well maintained; you could constantly see the grounds staff working hard throughout the stay, which really showed in how immaculate everything looked. Cleanliness everywhere was outstanding.

Breakfast was fantastic with variety to suit everyone’s taste, and all staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The added extras really made the stay special too — bikes to explore the area, boats, and a lovely outdoor jacuzzi.

The only slight disappointment was the massage treatment. It was quite expensive and much lighter than we personally prefer, especially compared to massages we’ve had elsewhere. However, this may simply come down to personal preference. The spa itself, including the sauna and Turkish bath, was beautiful and absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommend overall.

Siamo stati io e il mio fidanzato e oltre che aver avuto un plus sulla camera, che era meravigliosa e aveva una vista mozzafiato sul lago, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e accolti come in famiglia. Personale gentilissimo e sorridente e attento a tutti i nostri bisogni. Ci torneremo al più presto!
