Recomendo o hotel
Pros:

Simpatia, limpeza, perto da estação de trem ( possibilidade de ir a pé). Não fiquei para o café da manhã, pois o trem saía cedo, o hotel fez um kit para mim e meu marido,achei muito cuidadoso ❤️
Já minha mãe ficou para o café e falou que o café da manhã é muito bom
Localização muito boa, fiz tudo a pé!

Todo bien, el personal amable y el desayuno muy rico.
Pros:

Al estar en un edificio con distintos hoteles a veces uno se pierde, como la recepción esta en el segundo piso es extraño, pero luego uno se adapta sin problemas.

Cons:

El ascensor para subir al hotel y las maletas da un poco de nervios ya que es muy muy antiguo. Pero lo demás todo super bien.

Hotelito perfecto en Florencia
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito. Si bien la entrada del edificio no es moderno, el hotel esta modernizado. El desayuno perfecto y la atención del personal, especialmente Eva la recepcionista siempre servicial y habla español. Si regreso a Florencia, seguro que vuelvo porque además esta a un paso de la estación de tren.

Cons:

La habitación un poco pequeña, pero cómoda la cama.

The hotel is close to the station and the access is very practical from the airport too.
The receptionist (lady) was very welcoming, the room was well-appointed and the breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Only one door to separate the reception of our room, and I was a bit angry to have to tell the receptionist to close it in the evening, he was speaking loudly on the phone and we couldn't sleep.

Pros:

The hotel is within top 10mins walk from the city center, the receptionists were always very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the place was great. Also the train station is 1min away. We had a very good stay and we definitely recommend it 100%.
