A great value hotel
Pros:

Great location, a short walk from the Maria Novella station. Hotel is small and situated on the 1st floor of a beautiful old building. Access is via an old style lift which is so smooth, or the windy staircase.

The staff are very friendly and really helpful.

We booked a family room for two nights and it served us well. Good size room, bathroom was small but fine for us. Comfortable beds and pillows, water in the fridge and kettle with coffee sachets. Oh and a coffee machine!

We were surprised how quiet it was considering the location.

Pleasant breakfast.

Cons:

More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice but overall it was pretty good for the price.

Hotel bom. Boa localização.
Pros:

A localização era boa. Saímos da estação de trem, atravessamos a rua e já estávamos no hotel em menos de 5 min. O atendimento bom. Café da manhã simples, mas ok.

Cons:

Não significa que não gostei, mas ao chegar fomos informadas que ficaríamos num quarto em outro Hotel que fica no mesmo prédio do Hotel Lilium. Mas nada a reclamar.
