L:albergo è vicinissimo alla stazione di Venezia Mestre, è confortevole, con tutti i servizi di un grande albergo. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e completa di tutti i conforta. Colazione buona e variegata, anche se i prodotti sono migliorabili.
Unica nota negativa, la dimensione del bagno e la difficoltà di utilizzare i servizi igienici posti a distanza limitatissima dalla doccia/vasca

Room is spacious, clean - basically all you need for few days stay visiting Venice.
Bus stop very close to the hotel and only few stops from Piazza Roma in Venice. Very helpful reception / support-staff was something to really appreciate

Mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione. Avevo diritto a mantenere la prenotazione fino ad una certa data senza alcun addebito, e loro me l'hanno cancellata 24 ore prima. Proprio scorretti.
Lokacija je fantastična, doručak je solidan. Osoblje je ljubazno i uslužno, pohvala za radnice u restoranu. Sobe su moderno opremljene sa prostranim kupatilima, veoma komforne. Parking u sklopu hotela je odličan, obezbeđen (kapija sa šifrom) i lako dostupan. Ispred samog hotela je stajalište autobusa broj 6 koji direktno vozi do starog grada, a dostupan je i tramvaj T2 koji, takođe, ide do starog grada. Na par stotina metara od hotela se nalazi i železnička stanica.
Sobarica je ušla da pospremi sobu 2 sata pre nego što je trebalo da napustimo sobu.

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla Stazione di Mestre, uscendo dalla parte posteriore. Colazione del tutto soddisfacente e variegata. pulizia ottima sia in camera che nel resto dell'hotel, personale gentile e sul pezzo.
Cu exceptia camerelor in stil clasic, hotelul si celelalte tipuri de camere au fost foarte bune! Am rezervat o camera in stil clasic care arata foarte rau pentru un hotel de 4*, insa personalul a fost foarte amabil si ne au facut upgrade gratuit. In rest hotelul si conditiile foarte bune. Mic dejun modest pentru 4*. Parcare foarte buna in curtea interioara. Loactia este de asemenea excelenta, foarte aproape de gara!
