Perfect! Great stay.
Pros:

Comfy beds and very clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast with good variety and great location.

Cons:

The shower was a bit small for a big person.

Great option for short trips to Bologna city centre.
Pros:

Location is very central. Staff is kind and helpful. they arranged parking and ZTL fees for me.

Cons:

In summer it gets very hot and, being central, there is a good amount of noise from the street. Air conditioning in the room is available but a slightly stale smell when I turned it on had me questioning whether the filters were clean.

Location was walkable to the centre and some great restaurants around. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

No lift, but we knew this before booking. Air conditioning didn’t work to begin with but staff got it working again.
