The property was an old building but beautiful. Good size room with air conditioning with was needed.
Great and central location with loads of fabulous places to eat out on the next street. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good.
The hotel was good shower was small but that can’t be helped as of the old building. There is also no lift for people that can’t get upstairs. This was all explained when we booked so we knew that.

Great location — about 10 minutes from central Bologna, with easy walking access to plenty of bars and restaurants. The air conditioning worked well, and breakfast offered a generous, varied selection. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay.

Great location, 10 minutes from central Bologna and many bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes.
Good airconditioning, essential in the recent hear wave.
Comfortable bed room , we had a suite which was very spacious.
Breakfast was perfect, cereal, fruit, eggs, cheese and barista coffee.
There is no lift, did this not bother us at all but important to note.
Die Lage war hervorragend so dass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu erreichen waren.
Die Ausstattung war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, außerdem hat die Klimaanlage einen fast unerträglichen Geruch gehabt und beim Duschen kam Wasser aus der Wand im Flur. Auch nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption gab es leider kein alternatives Zimmer.
