Amazing customer service
Pros:

The property was very basic, as I expected. The people working at the hotel were extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make my stay fabulous. Breakfast was delicious.

Molto vicino alla stazione, comodo per chi si muove con i mezzi e comodo anche per salire a piedi sulla rupe, attraverso l"anello.
La camera con vasca da bagno, un plus!

Cons:

Il pacchetto diceva 'mezza pensione' ma il ristorante era chiuso per ristrutturazione.

Lovely Orvieto
Pros:

I liked the location close to the train station, hotel security and facilities. The staff was welcoming. The room was austere but functional. The bed was confortable, the bath/shower area was spacious with plenty of hot water and pressure. Included breakfast was a nice start of the day.

Cons:

The TV was old (but I did not visit Orvieto to watch TV!)

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the train station and is easy to find. The staff were great and the room was comfortable and quiet. A breakfast was included. I would stay again if I were to go back.
