Charming hotel. Nice bathroom and balcony. Good breakfast.

Cons:

We had a quadruple, and it was an excellent value, but the beds are in one line, with no room between, and this should be clear. It was fine, but this should be clear. (No picture available beforehand.) All very reasonable--good beds, nice breakfast, but tight room for four. Terrific for young people.

La posizione dell'hotel a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione della funicolare per Orvieto.
Il parcheggio gratuito nei dintorni dell'hotel.
La gentilezza dello staff, davvero molto disponibile.
La ricca colazione con le fantastiche torte fatte da Maria, figlia del gestore della struttura.

Cons:

La stanza ristorante era fredda. Riscaldata solo da un caminetto che veniva acceso di prima mattina.
Il comfort della sala potrebbe essere migliorato.

Struttura vecchia, tenuta male, freddo in camera, apliche che non funzionava e condizionatore rotto.
Acqua che non defluiva nella vasca durante la doccia.
Non mi sono fermata a colazione perche' faceva troppo freddo, avrei dovuto mangiare con la giacca.
