Lovely hotel in the middle of the action.
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and the amenities were great.

Cons:

We had an early flight and asked the hotel to reserve a taxi for us. We reconfirmed the taxi after dinner the night before we were leaving. When we came down, no taxi and the night clerk was clueless. He kept offering options for taxis 30-40 minutes later or a shuttle for an hour later. I gave up on him and ordered an uber which arrived in 3 minutes.

Very much enjoyed the hotel and location, and staff was helpful.
Pros:

Location near Spanish Steps was a good walking area. Room was neat and clean. Staff was helpful when needed.

Cons:

Wanted to have laundry done, but cost was prohibitive. No form of breakfast included.

היינו בטיול משפחתי לרגל יום הולדת 80 של אבי המשפחה. למרבית מחברי מדובר בביקור ראשון ברומא. המיקום היה מושלם. המלון הוא מלון בוטיק קטן עם שירות מדהים. החדרים גדולים ונעימים מאוד לשהות. למטה יש את מסעדת המלון - מסעדה טובה ונעימה. מומלץ בחום.

Всё просто, комфортно, удобно, номер замечательный. Персонал выше всяких похвал!

Cons:

Это не улучшить. Это нужно знать и быть готовым. Очень хорошо всё слышно. Вот на улице шум ресторанов слышен у вас в номере, а все разговоры и секс соседей - это всё с вами, так что нужно только присоединяться. Это единственный минус, а может и плюс. Как есть.

Pros:

Beautiful rooms, great location and super staff!

Cons:

Nothing all was great! The only weird thing was the entrance: you enter the hotel through a bar and you have to double check to make sure the reception is there. But that’s just a detail because once upstairs everything is really nice
