Excellent in every possible way
Pros:

This is a beautifully and stylishly renovated town house in an unbeatable location for sights, shopping and food. Rooms are spacious with classy amenities and really efficient double glazing ( plus air-con). The hotel is elegant and excellent value. The staff are caring and efficient and it is the perfect place for a trip to the eternal city.

Great Stay, Tough Nights
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel in Rome, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Honestly, one of the best hotel teams I’ve encountered anywhere in Europe.
The room was consistently spotless. Every time we stepped out, it was cleaned and perfectly tidied when we returned. The location was beyond perfect. The room size was very good by European standards, and the bathroom was clearly newly renovated, modern, and well maintained.


There were two notable downsides. First, the hotel uses a central climate control system. During winter, it’s not possible to have just the fan on—the heating must be on as well. With the windows closed and no fan option, the room became extremely hot with almost no air circulation, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The only alternative was opening the windows, but because the hotel is in a busy area, the street noise made sleeping very difficult.
The second issue was the bed setup. It consisted of two mattresses pushed together, and they constantly separated during the night, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Great room, great location but the noise from restaurant downstairs means we wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

Very central location. Room was good size for centre of Rome and nicely fitted out. Excellent bathroom and separate loo.

Cons:

There is no lobby. You enter the property through a restaurant. We were on the first floor and we could hear loud noises from diners and then staff cleaning up etc until very late.
