Good location, friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Pool is massive. Quiet rooms with nice balcony area. Good access to cable car and beach side restaurants.

Cons:

Beds weren't that comfortable and the room is quite run down. Didn't compare to the other 4* we stayed at down the road.

Perfect location close to the beaches, but easy commute up the nearby cable car to the city center.
Pros:

Great location if you want to be close to the beach, with great views of the sea, but also close to the cable car up to the center of town for historical venues, shopping, and restaurants. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Magnifique séjour à Taormine
Pros:

Tout s’est très bien passé. L’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité des plages du bord de mer et des restaurants ainsi que du funiculaire pour rejoindre le centre de Taormine.
Magnifique vu sur la piscine et la mer dans la salle du petit déjeuner.
Les jeunes filles présentes à l’accueil étaient très accueillante nous avons bien discuté avec des recommandations de restaurants et d’activités.
Le petit déjeuner délicieux avec de bons gâteaux fait maison
Notre balcon donnait sur un magnifique jardin rempli de belles plantes et fleurs.
Je recommande cet hôtel nous avons adoré.

Cons:

J’aurai bien aimé la présence d’une bouilloire dans la chambre.
Parking un peu cher mais le luxe d’avoir un voiturier pour garer et pour récupérer la voiture quand nous en avions besoin c’était super.

Pros:

The staff were brilliant, very welcoming and pleasant. They couldn't have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and the selection of breakfast food was great.

Cons:

The only problem we found wasn't to do with the hotel itself but with the location. The nearby main road is very difficult to walk as there are no pavements and traffic is heavy.

Het hotel was gedateerd, de service arrogant en niet klantvriendelijk en kwaliteit was meer 2 sterren dan 4 sterren. Ik kom elk jaar naar Italië maar dit was het slechtste hotel waar wij verbleven in tijden.
