Vil gjerne tilbake, men vil da være mer oppmerksom på utsikt fra rommet.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Fantastisk hyggelig personale. Bassenget.

Cons:

Hadde et rom ut mot bakgården, så ikke noe hyggelig å sitte ute på balkongen. Ble vekt at at de tømte søppel på morgenen. Det var ofte rot når man bestilte fra baren til bassenget, enten hadde de glemt hva man bestilte, og husket ikke rom nr.

Good location, worst service ever.
Pros:

Good location - view from the suite was nice

Cons:

The girl on the reception didn’t give us a wine bottle opener since according to her it’s against the hotel policy to drink wine from outside in the hotel - even in your room (wtf)
Also breakfast wax disappointment.

El hotel ya tiene sus años y no lo han remodelado.
Ejemplo: el secador de pelo en el baño.
Cobran por estacionamiento siendo que el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento propio.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was in easy reach of the station and the cable car to go to Taormina.

Cons:

The beds weren’t very comfortable and the rooms needed more maintenance. Mattresses need replacing, we both suffered from sore backs following our stay. Breakfast was poor and food was not replenished. A better variety of bread would be good rather than so many sweet items.

We loved our stay!
Pros:

Great property, beautiful area and very close to funivia and Isola Bella. Nice breakfast! We got a terrific upgrade to the Executive Suite which was fantastic!
