Pros:

Très bon séjour. Un personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. L'une des jeunes filles de l'accueil parle plusieurs langues. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bien fourni. La piscine un petit plus même si nous l'avons peu utilisée car un peu froide en avril.

Excellente locatie om Taormina te bezoeken. De kabelbaan is vlakbij en de wagen kan je - tegen betaling - veilig kwijt in de parkeergarage onder het hotel. Bijzonder vriendelijk onthaal en prima ontbijt. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel.

Hotel digno y limpio
Pros:

Es un hotel de cuatro estrellas pero se le ve antiguo. Está en la parte baja de Taormina, pero tiene al lado el funicular para poder subir a la parte alta. La recepcionista es estupenda. El hotel está limpio y el desayuno es digno

Nos gustó en general el hotel pero lo mejor fue la persona que nos atendió en recepción que se llama Claudia, un encanto de persona, super servicial y preocupada por darnos el mejor servicio. El desayuno también muy bueno y la habitación sin un solo ruido.

El precio justo a lo que compras con un inmejorable trato en la recepción.
Pros:

La recepcionista es una maravilla. Educada, atenta, con ganas de ayudar. El hotel tiene algunos años y se nota en las instalaciones aunque es limpio, tiene los servicios acordes a su categoría y se percibe un ambiente familiar que tiene un encanto innegable.

Cons:

Descargar el equipaje es una odisea. La puerta del hotel está en una curva y el aparcamiento está trescientos metros. No hay aceras y circular con las maletas hacia el hotel, implicaba cierto riesgo.

Le personnel adorable et efficace! L’emplacement! La vue, la propreté! Parking sous l’hôtel 25 euros la nuit.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Fantastisk hyggelig personale. Bassenget.

Cons:

Hadde et rom ut mot bakgården, så ikke noe hyggelig å sitte ute på balkongen. Ble vekt at at de tømte søppel på morgenen. Det var ofte rot når man bestilte fra baren til bassenget, enten hadde de glemt hva man bestilte, og husket ikke rom nr.
