Friendly, great car park, easily accessible

Pros:

Very good location, centric. You can walk back from the main spots.
The hotel has facilities and a bar with a terrace so you can enjoy a drink before bed.
People are so helpful and you can get all the information you need at the reception, they can help you to plan your stay.
The room was so clean with a good view.
I totally recommend this hotel !

Visita al santuario di Lourdes con famiglia
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, albergo nuovo e moderno, colazione economica all'italiana a 7 € (caffè+cornetto+succo di frutta), posizione ottima a due passi a piedi dal santuario, stanza comoda e grande. Ristorante buono ed economico. Personale gentilissimo parlante italiano e complimenti alla bravissima Joana.

Cons:

nulla, solo l'apertura del bar interno visto che la mattina non apre prima delle 9.00

Very homely staff were so good humoured and helpful. I enjoyed meeting them.
Pros:

Breakfast was good as was dinner.
I loved the selection of fruit, meats and cheese. Coffee was yummy

Cons:

Gluten free bread should bd toasted please. Also I would like gluten free cereal for coeliac person.

Excellent
Pros:

L'accueil très chaleureux et la disponibilité du personnel. Après un voyage de nuit nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel aux environs de 12h30. La responsable à l'accueil nous a reçu avec un grand sourire et vu que notre chambre était prête, elle nous a gentiment dit que nous pouvons l'occuper. Du coup nous avons pu nous poser un peu avant de commencer notre pèlerinage. Merci encore à elle.

Pros:

El personal super amable, llovía y nos dejaron paraguas para todos, nos invitaron a toda la familia a una bebida de bienvenida, nos dejaron dejar el coche en el parking unas horas más de lo establecido... Geniales
