WDW in Misano
Pros:

Frühstück war lecker und es ist für jeden was dabei. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten anfänglich ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage aber das wurde dann zu unserer Zufriedenheit behoben. Die Lage ist toll. Man ist direkt am Strand und sehr schnell in der Einkaufsmeile.

Cons:

Ja, was soll ich sagen, WLAN im Hotel ist nicht ganz so stabil. Es kann schon sein dass man öfters rausfliegt und dann nicht mehr rein kommt. Beim Fernsehen wird Netflix angeboten. Problem war dass sich der Fernseher aber nicht mit WLAN verbindet. Wir haben jeden Tag das Problem gemeldet und wurden jedes Mal vertröstet. Wenn ich als Gast ein Problem melde, erwarte ich vom Hotel dass dieses Problem gelöst wird und falls es nicht möglich ist, muss das Hotel auf den Gast zukommen und ihm mitteilen, dass es nicht möglich ist das Problem zu beheben. Ein No go ist es aber den Gast ständig nachfragen zu lassen. Das geht nicht.

Wir fragten nach einer kleine Lunchbox, da wir früh und ohne Frühstück auschecken wollten. Diese wurde uns zuerst gegen kleinen Aufpreis angeboten. Erst nach Nachfrage und mehreren Stunden Klärung war es dann doch möglich. Aber ok, war vielleicht auch ein Missverständnis von Seiten des Hotels. Letztendlich bekamen wir die Lunchbox.

La prise en charge de la remorque moto dans un endroit sécurisé.
Les motos en sécurité dans l’hôtel.

Albergo comodo e disponibilità dello staff, ottima la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio per la moto. Posizione ottima, colazione abbondante e stanze pulite e ospitali.

Hotel Milano Helvetia. Perfectly positioned to enjoy the Rimini Riviera.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke multiple languages. Facilities also very good. Breakfast area was large and the staff looked after you. lots of different types of cake on display with a choice of sliced meat and cheese plus scrambled egg and bacon. Also you had cereal, fruit juices, tea and coffee plus bread rolls and various croissants. Plenty of outside space to relax in plus a very nice swimming pool. Our room was fine and had a mini fridge, safety deposit box in the wardrobe and also a modern TV on the desk plus a private balcony. It was also fully air conditioned. The bathroom area was pretty small and the shower cubicle was minuscule. Checking in and out was quick and proficient.

Cons:

If you are expecting a very new and modern building, you will be disappointed. The hotel is on the old side but very well looked after and extremely clean. It has it's own charm, which you see in the decor and furniture. It caters to families, so expect a lot of children having loads of fun, especially in the pool area. We only had breakfast in the hotel which offers a decent choice based on a continental style. Strangely, there was no toast machine.
In our bathroom, the shower cabinet was very small and we kept bumping our elbows, but you had good water pressure and lots of hot water.
