Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were also very friendly and always available. We loved its design, and it is located near the Arc de Triomphe, in what seemed to be a safe area.

Pros:

Staff were friendly, room was clean and fancy. Actually the owner upgraded us to a bigger suite for free. Location was perfect. It’s great value for money. Recommended for the couples who want to explore Paris for 4-7 days.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small but it’s not a problem if you gonna spend most of your time outside

Really enjoyed this hotel
Pros:

Everything. The rooms were a wee bit small, but I was only one person, so it was fine. The property is very tastefully decorated, with an upscale, intimate feeling. In the room, the walls are padded under the fabric on the walls. The shower was a good size - larger than some others I’ve had in other EU bathrooms. The breakfast had many choices. Most importantly during this incredibly hot summer, the guest room’s air conditioning worked very well! 12 min walk to L’Arch de Triumph.

Nothing to say here, all was good.

Staff molto gentile e premuroso, ottima posizione e pulizia, buona colazione. Lasciano sempre una bottiglia di acqua filtrata fresca nel frigobar che si può poi riempire con acqua filtrata e depurata

Una volta hanno dimenticato di chiudere bene la camera dopo la pulizia della stessa, ma hanno rimediato subito offrendoci la colazione

Dés séjours en hôtels, on retient souvent voire toujours un très mauvais accueil, ou, a contrario, un excellent accueil et ce supplément d'âme qui fait que hôtel est bien plus qu'une chambre.. Dans ce registre toutes mes félicitations à Mr Ahmed à la réception et Mme Fatima en charge du petit-déjeuner pour leur accueil chaleureux et hautement professionnel !

Super rapport qualité prix. Clim qui fonctionne. Bonne isolation phonique. Personnel sympathique (la plupart du temps)

Rajouter une machine à café à capsules dans la chambre
Petit déjeuner trop cher
Si vous dites sur un panneau dans la salle de bain que si les serviettes sont accrochées, elles ne seront pas lavées : faites-le ! Pourtant j'ai accroché les serviettes, et le service d'étage les a remplacées
Demander au service d'étage de remplacer les doses de café en poudre qu'on consomme
