hotel ignores clear cancellation policies and goes silent on communication
Pros:

I am writing this review to warn others about the unethical billing practices and lack of communication at this establishment.

I made a reservation with a confirmed "Free Cancellation" policy. When I cancelled my stay within the allowed timeframe, the hotel refused to process my refund and has since kept the full booking amount.

Despite sending multiple emails to resolve this privately, the management has completely ignored my correspondence. It is unacceptable for a business to disregard its own terms and conditions and then refuse to communicate with the customer.

I have all the documentation proving the cancellation terms and my timely request. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this through a formal credit card chargeback and a report to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
