Cons:

Nous avons compris par nous même car aucune communication qu il y avait eu un soucis avec la réservation de la chambre, on nous a fait attendre sans rien nous expliquer
Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger quand on posait des questions et de subir le mépris de l'un des membres du personnel.

Cependant je tiens à remercier Anna qui a su faire preuve de beaucoup plus de professionalisme et d'amabilité, elle semblait vouloir chercher une vraie solution.

Perfekt beliggenhet, fantastisk rom med balkong, veldig bra parkering, god frokost og hundevenlig.

Cons:

Alt var bra, men mulig heiskapasiteten blir litt dårlig til tider.

De locatie en het ontbijt. Het kamermeisje was zeer vriendelijk en kon goed poetsen.
Een hele fijne matras. Personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De airco deed het niet goed, s nachts ging hij op 26 graden.
De stekker van de waterkoker paste in geen enkel stopcontact op de kamer.

Ottimo hotel, ma nessuno stanzino adibito per le valigie

La colazione, la posizione, l'hotel in generale e la stanza offerta

Cons:

Nessuna stanza adibita dove lasciare la valigia per chi arriva prima o per chi lascia dopo il check-out. Possibilita' di lasciarla solo nella hall ma non ispira totale sicurezza
Staff non sempre presente alla reception, pertanto servizio lento
