Nettes Personal, überschaubare aber schöne Poolanlage.

Prima hotel op onhandige locatie
Pros:

Uitzicht was mooi en de bedden waren fijn. Mooie gym.

Cons:

Bedjes bij zwembad werden bezet gehouden met handdoeken en spullen. Werd niets aan gedaan door personeel.
Dure restaurants.
Grab cancelde vaak ritten om je op te halen bij dit hotel. Waarschijnlijk vanwege de onhandige ligging.
De mannen van de excursie desk voor de deur benaderen je vrij agressief om excursies of taxiritjes aan je te verkopen.

Teleurstellende service
Pros:

Mooi uitzicht, comfortabel bed.

Cons:

We kregen een kamer die vreselijk stonk naar mottenballen. Het sloeg direct op mijn longen. We moesten in de lobby wachten op housekeeping om de kamer te luchten want een andere kamer was er niet. Na meer dan een half uur wachten was de geur niet weg. Er werd gezegd dat het door andere gasten kwam en het hotel voelde zich niet verantwoordelijk voor het probleem. We moesten echt ons best doen bij de receptie om een andere kamer te krijgen die er plots toch bleek te zijn. We kregen geen compensatie voor het lange wachten en het ongemak. Niet eens een drankje tijdens het wachten in de lobby. Deze service matcht totaal niet met de uitstraling van het hotel.

Hotel oké maar geen top-keuze
Pros:

Mooie lobby, comfortabel bed, fijn zwembad (als je om 7 uur in de ochtend komt kun je ook nog een ligbed gebruiken).

Cons:

Al voor 8 uur ‘s morgens worden er handdoeken gelegd op de ligbedden bij het zwembad waarna degenen die ze neerlegden uren weg blijven. Een ochtend zaten wij van 8.30 tot 13 uur bij het zwembad op een stoel te kijken naar ligbedden die al die tijd niet in gebruik werden genomen door degenen die de handdoeken hadden gelegd. Personeel treedt hier totaal niet tegen op.
Pizza bij restaurant in het hotel viel tegen en op de rekening verschenen veel extra kosten waardoor het een erg dure pizza werd.
Hotel ligt niet erg centraal waardoor het soms moeilijk is een Grab te krijgen.
Bij de ingang word je enigszins agressief benaderd om excursies te boeken.
