Pros:

Hotel Don Felipe ended up being our absolute favourite place during our time on the Amalfi Coast. The location was perfect and the views were simply stunning. Feliciana at reception was incredibly professional and attentive — she helped us with everything and even made sure we didn’t miss the last (and only!) ferry back to the coast. Franco, the night staff, was also so kind and friendly. He recommended some wonderful, non-touristic spots to visit and even brought me some hot water for my morning mates to help with the jet lag.
Hopefully we’ll be back one day. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

Lovely hotel if not for the springy mattress
Pros:

Everyone who works here are so friendly, helpful and lovely. They all always tried to really help me, and I appreciated how very service-minded and agreeable everyone who worked at Don Felipe is.
The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning!
I also liked that it was quiet during the day and at night, but my room was at the top so wouldn’t have heard any traffic anyway.
The room itself was basic, appropriate for the price in size and furnishings. The patio was a nice surprise :)

Cons:

My main grievance was the bed, as I found the mattress to be very uncomfortable in a hard and springy way. I didn’t sleep very well so that’s where unfortunately for me the stay loses points.
The wifi was quite spotty in connection and slow.

Not a serious issue, but 5€ to rent a pool towel was felt a bit stingy, and more practice I connect with hostels.

Hôtel bien situé, au calme, avec une vue exceptionnelle. La piscine avec vue sur la mer et le bar sur la terrasse sont de réels atouts..Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute.
L'hôtel a des accords avec certaines plages privées et beach clubs et propose donc des tarifs préférentiels.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Perfect set up for a solo traveler with the twin bedroom option, restaurant/bar for lunch/dinner and pool. Super helpful reception that will help with taxi from ferry and then as needed. Did not feel overcrowded at all. Can’t recommend enough, this was my favorite hotel of the entire trip.

Pros:

Exceptional, one of the most beautiful views of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Wonderful team working at the hotel, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Alles ok

Cons:

Frühstücksraum sehr trist, schief hängende Rollläden und das Brot war schon um 9.00 alle. Leere flocken wurden auch ganze Woche nicht aufgefüllt.
Pool nicht beheizt, trotz Hochsommer sehr kaltes Wasser. Kein Busfahrplan, kein freier Strand in der Nähe
