Menos mal la cama
Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas las sabanas y la almohada olían bien

Cons:

La limpieza ha sido lamentable y la habitación olía mal, el espejo estuvo sucio desde el día que llegamos hasta el día que nos fuimos y el suelo también y nos pusieron en la primera planta que según mi experiencia personal es lo que les gusta hacer con los que cogemos las habitaciones por Booking y todas las habitaciones de la planta tenían terraza compartida, esto no tiene ningún tipo de sentido, cada habitación debería tener su terraza privada, en definitiva menos mal que la cama era correcta porque el resto fue bastante mejorable

Excellent location. Lovely staff. Our room was bright and opened on to a large terrace. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

At night and early morning, the water pipes banged, and you could hear the water rushing down. The banging actually woke us up a few times.

Hotel dotato di tutti i confort, camera pulita e silenziosa , pulizia ottima. Colazione internazionale sia dolce che salata di buona qualità.Vicino a negozi e ristoranti...

Esforço do staff em resolver problemas. Boa localização.
Quarto não é muito grande, mas tem todas as facilidades.
De destacar a senhora que estava pela manhã durante a nossa estadia e ajudou a resolver o problema que houve.

Cons:

Está perto de bares, há musica alta até tarde, pessoas a fazer barulho. Depois trocámos de quarto e ficou muito melhor

Por decir algo había algunas cosas en la piscina del spa que no funcionan y el jacuzzi de la piscina exterior tampoco funcionaba

No me gustó nada el spa ,la piscina tenía focos rotos ,le faltaban baldosines el mantenimiento del spa sinceramente pesimo no nos gustó nada bastante penoso

Location good. Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool but beware of depth (as indicated on small plaques at side of pool). Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Pretty good value for money overall.

Stain on net curtain (blood like colour - see photo) was one of the first things I saw on arrival. Seemed to be a smell off one of the pillows also. Otherwise clean. Noise from in-house entertainment and neighbouring guests moving furniture and having other guests over for drinks affected my sleep, even with earplugs. You have to pay to use the safe in the room. Beds are not the most comfortable and I ended up with back pain. Only one dispenser in shower with shampoo/body wash that comes out at a painfully slow rate. BYO!
