Pros:

В первую очередь очень приветливый персонал,во вторую хорошее питание для трёх звёзд и не плохое расположение.

Sammanfattningsvis hade vi en bra vistelse på hotellet. Hade önskat mer utbud på maten och mer snacks. Men läget var top
Pros:

Det var nära till stranden och nära till shoppingen. Väldigt centralt läge. Hotellet hade bra och stor social yta som man kunde sitta i på kvällarna.

Cons:

Det vi inte gillade med boendet var att maten inte var så varierande. Inte så mycket färska frukter som jordgubbar, kiwi. Utan bara ananas, banan och persika. Hade velat haft större utbud på maten.
En annan grej som var mindre bra det var att det var en liten och trång hiss upp till våning 8. Det fanns bara en hiss upp till våning 8 och ibland fick man vänta länge.
Vi hade all inclusive och en grej som var mindre bra var att det inte fanns så mycket utbud på snacks vid baren i poolområdet men även i baren i hotellet. Hade uppskattat om det fanns mer utbud än bara tortilla chips. Vi hade uppskattat om det fanns en meny ute vid baren i poolen då det inte fanns någon.

WONDERFUL HOTEL WITH EVEN NICER STAFF
Pros:

Hotel je zaista predivan i ima fantasticno osoblje! Svi funkcionisu kao jedna velika porodica i svi su vredni kao mravi! Recepcija hotela mi je izasla u susret kad sam ih zamolila da mi daju sobu na prvom spratu jer sam na odmoru bila s majkom koja ima 77 godina i koja ima problem s kolenima. Dobile smo cak lepsu i skuplju sobu od one koju smo platile. Sobe se ciste svakodnevno i ceo hotel blista, a sobarice su vam uvek na usluzi. Svako drugo vece je organizovan muzicki program za goste u holu hotela. Sto se tice hrane i tu uvek ima veliki izbor i za svakog ponesto. Velike pohvale kuvarima koji su spremali tako ukusna jela i moram da pohvalim i sve te mlade ljude koji su nas opsluzivali za vreme sva 3 glavna obroka.
Nisu mi jasni ovi ljudi koji daju niske ocene za hotel i za hranu, a procitali su gde idu i sta mogu da ocekuju jer je bas sve onako kako je opisano preko Booking-a. U mojoj zemlji postoji postoji jedna narodna izreka koja glasi " Kad celjad (deca) nije besna ni kuca nije tesna!" Sto se tice bazena bila sam samo 2x i to vrlo kratko jer je pored onako prelepog mora i tople vode bilo steta vreme provoditi pored bazena. Plaza je zaista jako blizu, nekih 50m. Na recepciji mozete uzeti peskir za plazu uz depozit od 10 evra po peskiru, a po povratku placate 2 evra po peskiru za pranje. Mesto je veliko i lepo i u blizini hotela imate mnostvo prodavnica, restorana i kafica. Sve u svemu ponovo bih odsela u ovom hotelu!

Cons:

Trebalo bi cesce cistiti gradsku plazu od trave koju izbaci more kao sto se to radi na Platja de Muro i Platja d`Alcudia. Ovo naravno nema nikakve veze sa hotelom.

This hotel is a huge disappointment and does not deserve its Booking.com rating.

The entire property is outdated. The rooms are extremely small, the furniture is old, and the overall condition feels neglected. The only area where they seem to have attempted a renovation is the bathroom, but even there the workmanship is poor. There is mold, limescale buildup, leaking shower heads, and many fixtures are stained black from age and lack of proper maintenance.

The swimming pool is so small that it can only accommodate a handful of people, which is completely inadequate for a hotel with this many guests.

Another major issue is the smell. There is a strong sewage odor in the hotel entrance, the lobby, and even inside the rooms. It is impossible not to notice.

The food is repetitive, lacks variety, and is simply not very good.

The only real positives are the staff in the restaurant and at the bar. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely try to help guests. The hotel’s location is also good, with the beach less than a 100-meter walk away.

I have stayed in around 100 hotels during my travels, so I have plenty of experience to compare. Based on the balance between price and quality, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I simply cannot understand how it has such a high rating on Booking.com.

Čistota, personál a poloha hotela.

Cons:

V hoteli sme boli už po 3. krát, no tentokrát to bolo najväčšie sklamanie.
Už prvýkrát bol problém s výťahmi, ktoré sú staré a pomalé. minulý rok sme sa v jednom zasekli a tento rok to bolo opäť zlé.
Čo sa týka stravy tak prvýkrát bola slabšia, minulý rok to bolo o niečo lepšie keď hotel prešiel pod sieť O7 ale musím povedať, že tento rok to bolo opäť sklamanie. Čakala by som, že za 5 rokov odkedy sme tam boli prvýkrát sa hotel trošku posunie a skvalitní svoje služby, ale s veľkým sklamaním musím povedať, že tomu tak nebolo. Mali sme zaplatenú izbu s výhľadom na more - tá bola fajn, ale nefungovala klíma ani po upozornení na recepcii a izba bola na chodbe pri výťahu, čiže tam bol veľky hluk aj večer keď ludia chodili hore dole a stále privolávali výťah. Určite treba brať v úvahu, že cena nieje zlá oproti tomu čo dostanete ale aj tak. Jednoznačne odporúčam výmenu výťahov, skvalitnenie stravy a hostí by určite potešila aj fľaša pitnej vody na izbe - v iných hoteloch a krajinách, kde nieje pitná voda to býva už v dnešnej dobe štandard. Hodnotenie je úprimné a v žiadnom prípade nechceme hotel uraziť ale naopak - pomôcť im do budúcna, aby hostia odchádzali o niečo spokojnejší :) My sa určite ešte vrátime ale budeme dúfať že už to bude vyzerať trošku lepšie.
