Très agréable surprise parce qu’habitués à descendre dans des hôtels de niveau supérieur
Pros:

D’abord et avant tout l’amabilité du personnel.
Tous sont absolument adorables, serviables et ne demandant qu’à vous aider dans toutes vos demandes.
Notre séjour a en grande partie été réussit grâce au personnel de l’hôtel et surtout grâce à Jean Louis (Gianni Luigi)
Il connaissait absolument tout sur la région et sans lui, nous n’aurions pas vu la moitié de ce que nous avons pu voir

La piscine est super agréable, très bien tenue et avec un service bar et petite restauration très efficace.

L’hôtel est très très bien tenu du point de vue propreté, les chambres ont des volets roulants, ce qui pour moi est un plus énorme pour le sommeil.

La seule chose qui étonnement manque dans la chambre, ce sont des kleenex (que nous allions acheter à l’extérieur)
Mais étonnant dans un hôtel où tout est parfait

Nous y retournerons certainement.
D’ailleurs beaucoup de clients y avaient déjà séjourné
Très heureux d’avoir choisi cet hôtel

Lovely Stay at Hotel Sant’Agata
Pros:

Hotel Sant’Agata was wonderful—I'd definitely return if I visit the area again! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even upgrading our room for free before we arrived to one with a large balcony and great view. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop with regular buses to Sorrento, and felt safe and calm. A grocery store nearby made it easy to grab snacks and drinks, and we were close to beautiful spots like Fiordo di Crapolla. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with great daily cleaning and a very comfy bed. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the walls were a little thin and we could hear our neighbors and we could also hear cars/motorcycles outside early in the morning, but that part is probably more due to the fact that we had two balconies and the door windows seemed a bit thin.

The stay was perfect instead of the not good breakfast and the impolite man from the restaurant.

Pros:

Very friendly staff
Absolutely love the pool and location. Very easy access to the shops/restaurants and also buses every half an hour to Sorrento. Very good location for boat trip to Positano. This hotel is a family business so they keep everything to the highest level for the customer’s comfort.
They also give me free drinks for my birthday 😇🥹🥹 very sweet! Great memories from this hotel xx

Cons:

Everything is perfect, but just the temperature of water could be higher a little bit 🙂

Serene experience
Pros:

The stuff was extremely friendly and made us feel super welcomed. The whole property is very serene and calming. After all the fuss and crowded places from Sorrento/Amalfi/Positano and Capri, this hotel was a breath of fresh of air.

Cons:

The only minus I would say was the mattress, could have been a little more confortable.
