Amazing staff, clean place, everything is perfect

Firstly, the hotel feels like it has been recently refurbished with high quality decor, bed linen, controls for room lighting, access and AC etc. The bed and bathroom were both better than we had expected which was a super bonus. Immediately upon arrival it felt like a high quality hotel. The staff are superb! Efficient, friendly and never intrusive. We received some superb advice about local amenities and places to visit from staff at reception - both check in and check out were efficient, accurate and friendly too. The pool and surrounding area is wonderful, always clean and a really relaxing place to spend a lazy day soaking up the sun. Staff are at hand if you want to grab a drink or something to eat and there is a covered terrace area where you can get out of the sun for a while if you need to. Breakfast was high quality and plentiful and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was superb. One last tip, the display of vintage scooters and cars in the lower floors is wonderful and really fascinating! The car park is underground and, while access is tight in places, was fine for smaller vehicles and spaces were always available.

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Mitarbeitende der Empfang waren ausser ordentlich Freundlich, herzlich und immer Hilfsbereit. Wir fanden die Aufenthalt fabelhaft und würde jedem Empfehlen dieses Hotel ohne zu überlegen. Uns hat das Frühstuck sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage ideal .

Hotel świetny, obsługa traktowała nas jak rodzinę. Absolutnie fenomenalna atmosfera. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie całą załogę hotelu.

Hotel très bien situé et très facile d accès pour Sorrento et la la cote almafitaine. Un peu plus loin pour Naple, Pompeï et le Vesuve mais le bel environnement de cette hotel par rapport aux hotel de Naples et Pompeï vaut le detour.
Personnel tres sympa et chambre très confortable et propre.
Garage pour les voitures très pratique.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and in an ideal location. The staff were wonderful to deal with, and we were always greeted with a big smile and a hello. The room was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend!

קודם כל המיקום. סנטאגתה ישוב מקסים מעל סורנטו (15 דק ברכב) נקודת יציאה נוחה לכל הטיולים בחבל אמלפי, ממוקמת גבוה כך שבימים החמים מזג האויר היה הרבה יותר נח מסורנטו. רחוב מרכזי עם מסעדות מעולות מקומיות ולא תיירותיות וסופרמרקט קרוב למלון.
המלון אינו מודרני ואולי קצת בסיסי אבל נקי, שירות מצוין, והתמורה ביחס למחיר מעולה.
קיבלנו חדר גדול ומרווח, נקי מאוד מאוד והכי חשוב עם מזגן שמיזג כמו שישראלים אוהבים ולא איוורור כמו במלונות אחרים. השירות היה מצויין במיוחד שעזרה מאוד עם תקלה שהיתה לנו עם חברת השכרת הרכב.
במלון יש בריכה מקסימה אך לא הספקנו לבלות בה.
לאחר נסיון של כמה טיולים באיזור בהם לנתי בסורנטו ממליצה ממש לשקול את הלינה בישוב סנטאגתה ובמלון סנטאגתה בגלל השקט והבריחה מצפיפות והמולה, חניה, מסעדות מעולות ומחירים זולים יותר משמעותית מסורנטו.

Staff were amazing. Room was perfect, cleaned every day. Lovely breakfast, plenty of choices. Really lovely pool area. Highly recommend.

מקום שקט , נקי, נוח. הצוות היה מדהים ונענ. לכל בקשה שלנו , הצוות ממש יצא מגדרו על מנת לעזור לנו עד הפרטים הקטנים. אנחנו נחזור לשם בוודאות.

Totul. Amplasarea la jumătatea drumului. Camera confortabila, personalul foarte amabil, micul dejun bun și suficient de variat. Parcarea, care este cu plata este un bonus, fiind subterana și mașina sta în siguranță. Este un loc liniștit pe care îl recomand.
