Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Auswahl war zwar nicht sehr gross aber für jeden war was dabei. Das Personal war sehr nett!

Cons:

Die Bilder im Internet hatten mit der Realität wwnig zu tun. Es ist renovierungsbedürftig und der Geruch in unserem Zimmer, v.a im Bad war extrem unangenehm. Wir waren dort mit 2 kindern (3 und 4).
Das Stockbett hatte kein Geländer!? und war daher nicht nutzbar. Um die Matratze wenigstens auf den Boden legen zu können mussten wir sämtliche Möbel wegräumen. Der Fön und die Duschwand waren defekt.

Mary, alla reception, è stata carinissima ad accoglierci e molto disponibile nel darci informazioni.
Pros:

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff.

Cons:

Migliorerei la pulizia delle camere e metterei anche lo shampoo per i capelli.
Rispetto la colazione avrei gradito trovare muesli o granola, e più varietà frutta.

La cortesia del personale, la camera comoda, la colazione e la pizzeria a disposizione

Cons:

L'aria condizionata non funzionava e pertanto notte difficile visto che l'hotel è fronte strada trafficata anche di notte e con le finestre aperte il rumore è inevitabile.

Maximal für eine Nacht ohne große Ansprüche, keinesfalls für Urlaub mit Familie / Kinder.

Cons:

Statt des gebuchten "Soperior Zimmers" mit Seeblick erhielten wir ein Zimmer zum Hof. Dieses war zwar größer als das angebliche Superior, aber entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen bzw. den Beschreibungen.
Obwohl das Restaurant offen hatte, bekamen wir keine Getränke zu kaufen. Lapidarer Hinweis "Wir sind keine Bar, sondern ein Restaurant".
Zum Frühstück nur Papierbecher für Kaffee und Getränke, erst auf unser Drängen bekamen wir übliche Tassen.

Název BIKE nechápu, pokud jsme o ně nechtěli přijít,kola jsme museli mít na pokoji, v plastove budce se zámkem k pokladničce opravdu NE. A WELLNESS už nechápu vůbec.

Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La camera piccola, con vista sul lago. Letto ampio a comodo, condizionatore silenzioso. Non si sentono rumori nonostante sia direttamente affacciata sulla strada statale molto percorsa.
Colazione buona e abbondante sia dolce che salata.
