Pros:

Staff was super nice. Breakfast was delicious, with breads, fruits, eggs and bacon! The spa is super cool.

Cons:

The building is a bit noisy. I could hear people walking in the building from the bed, but nothing too loud. Ok for the money, and all the comfort the hotel offers compensates.

Pros:

I suoi punti a favore sono sicuramente la posizione, si raggiunge facilmente Salò, Limone, La casa di D'Annunzio è vicinissima, e poi c'è a pochi metri un lungolago bellissimo che ne vale davvero la pena. Altro punto a favore per noi è stato il personale, sono tutti gentilissimi, super disponibili, professionali, ci siamo sentiti accolti. Cristina e Giulia le receptioniste che tutti vorrebbero.

Cons:

Sicuramente la stanza, troppo piccola e mal strutturata, poca luce naturale, era sul piano terra fronte strada e parcheggio e non c'erano persiane o tapparelle.. si può migliorare. Mancava anche la cura della stanza, era un po' rovinata, mobili sbeccati, carta da parati staccata, nel complesso non rendeva giustizia ad altri fattori positivi. Inoltre, purtroppo mancano completamente spazi comuni, poltrone, divani, un piccolo salottino anche dove potersi fermare a leggere. Non consiglio il ristorante per chi è vegetariano/vegano.

La struttura ha deluso le nostre aspettative.
Pros:

Colazione semplice nel complesso buona ma il buffè era decisamente in un ambiente freddo con i cibi freddi.

Cons:

Dopo aver pagato il soggiorno con booking, non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di accedere alla SPA avendola prenotata la mattina perchè era occupata in tutte le fasce orarie.
Nel bagno della ns/ camera non cera il bidet ne' il phone.
