Save your money and consider staying elsewhere
Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The bathroom had a strong and persistent sewage smell, and the air-conditioning unit was leaking water throughout our stay. The corridors were extremely overheated and had an unpleasant, strange smell.

The most serious issue was that my husband got locked inside the bathroom because the door lock was not working properly. He was unable to get out for quite some time, which was a very unpleasant and worrying situation.

The receptionist was friendly and polite, but unfortunately that does not make up for the overall experience. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard and basic safety and maintenance to be properly taken care of.

Overall, we would not recommend this accommodation and feel that it does not offer good value for the money.

Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Cons:

Ci è stata data la suite anche se avevamo prenotato una stanza normale.
La suite non aveva nulla di eccezionale. Non li spenderei i soldi per la suite. Vasca da bagno con una perdita.......la vasca non si riempiva mai e poi abbiamo capito il perché...... c' era una perdita. Finestre inutili: apri una finestra e c'è un' altra finestra che si apre solo parzialmente.
Il tutto vista lago.

Das Personal war sehr toll liebe Grüße an die Dame Sie sprach auch deutsch mit uns.
Die Lage war sehr schön wir konnten vom Zimmer aus den Gardassee sehen.

Cons:

Die Pappbecher beim Frühstück war unvorteilhaft und ich hätte mich gefreut über dunkles Brot.

L’emplacement à deux pas du lac, la gentillesse du personnel (hôtel et restaurant), le petit déjeuner très bon et bien fourni

Cons:

Le stationnement peut s’avérer compliqué car l’hôtel n’en a pas. Il faut se garer sur des places avec un disque horaire (à changer toutes les heures, gratuit sans disque entre 20h et 8h), les chambres sont un peu exiguës
