Pros:

La ubicacion, tiene buena vista a la Opera y esta muy céntrico y cerca de muchos restaurantes, fácil acceso al tranvía

Cons:

Que no tuviera Aire Acondicionado por que debido a la contingencia ambiental que sucedió por el incendio del pastizal, la habitación se lleno de humo y de ceniza a pesar que estaba a kilómetros de distancia

Emplacement : très bien situé au centre ville, facile d’accès en tram
Bon et copieux petit déjeuner
Bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Pas de climatisation et chambre sous les toits (5eme et dernier étage)… impossible d’aérer car guêpes et pigeons devant la petite fenêtre…
La salle de bains aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement

I couldn't wait for my stay to be over.
Pros:

1. Location. 2. Clean bed linens. 3. Friendly receptionist.

Cons:

1. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived, and we were given a room on the fifth floor. It was 42°C outside, so carrying all our luggage up five flights of stairs was an unforgettable experience—for all the wrong reasons.
2. The rooms are extremely small.
3. There is no air conditioning.
4. The room was not clean enough. There was a thick layer of dust on the fan (however, it was there and thanks for it) which made it clear it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
