A localização do hotel é excelente, no centro de Bordeaux: Transporte para os melhores pontos da cidade, Ofício de Turismo ao lado do hotel, bons restaurantes a menos de 100 metros, etc.

Da maneira do serviço do café da manhã, mas que pode ser corrigido facilmente, bastando o hotel entregar o café e o leite em pequenas vasilhas
