listed air conditioning but did not provide any. otherwise - other recent reviews were accurate.

location very central

Cons:

listing advertised air conditioning. the room was unbearably hot, compounded by small size of the room. Air con did not work in either of our groups rooms. we complained and were advised that the weather was unseasonably warm and that it was the wrong month to put the air con on. left after complaining and not being offered a solution. just the excuse. inaccurate advertisement on booking.com

Great location and value
Pros:

The location is excellent (we have stayed here before). The bed was comfortable and we had a nice quiet room at the back. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby and the tram system is very easy to work with. There is also an underground carpark across the road.

Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, el aislamiento respecto a la calle muy bien y dentro del hotel no se oyeron ruidos, un gusto poder dormir placidamente. La atencion del personal muy bien. Si volvemos repetimos seguro.

Cons:

Por poner un pero....la moqueta del pasillo, escaleras y habitaciones. No estaria mal un hervidor y una mini nevera. Y un secador mas eficiente

Very comfortable stay for a short trip… would certainly return!
Pros:

Lovely traditional building, lovely staff, great location.

Cons:

Not super dirty by any means but a little grimy in some places: toilet having limescale at the bottom, dusty and stained carpets etc. That said, the bedding was very clean and I had a comfortable sleep.

Great location, don't have breakfast there!
Pros:

The location was excellent.
The trash was picked up every day for the room.
The staff at the reception was very kind and informative.

Cons:

The breakfast was a mess. It is taken at the bar next door. If you are from the hotel they dismiss you, if you're an external customer, then they are very kind.. If you dare to ask for a coffee, they do not bring it to you, but yell from the bar for you to pick it up... Also, "one croissant or cholatine per person".. Very restraint offer and poorly mannered staff.

Don’t stay

Cons:

Very old & tired. Bath needs to be replaced but worst of all, all our money got stolen when we were out. Nobody had a clue what to do.

Un buen lugar para alojarte en el centro de Burdeos
Pros:

La ubicación. El tamaño de la habitación. El servicio en general, en especial la recepción, que fue muy amable. El desayuno, que estaba bien. Tiene muchas facilidades porque es llegar allí y poder empezar a disfrutar de la ciudad, estando en una ubicación tan céntrica.

Cons:

Sería bueno un acuerdo con algún parking cercano, porque el que se nos recomendó (que explícitamente se nos informó de que no tenían servicio directo con ellos) dio algunos problemas con la reserva y su validación a la hora de salir del parking, pero no es un problema del hotel como tal. Quizás intentaría mejorar eso, un acuerdo directo con algún parking cercano.

No nos limpiaron la habitacion, desayuno escaso, el hotel viejisimo, la ducha perdia agua y la moqueta estaba empapada.
