N’a rien d’un 4etoiles si ce n’est la vue et le prix.

La propreté de la chambre était plus qu’à désirer, taie d’oreiller qui sent mauvais, poussières, poil sur la cuvette des toilettes, le balcon condamné par un plexiglass, l’ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas.

Très mauvaise insonorisation que ce soit avec l’extérieur qu’avec l’intérieur
Une employée au petit déjeuner le vendredi 4 pas à sa place : bonjour, votre numéro de chambre. Après perchée sur l’arrière comptoir avec son livre puis dehors avec sa cigarette électronique…. Inconcevable satin soit disant 4 étoiles !

L’emplacement est bien car proche de la mer et du centre ville

Cons:

La chambre ultra petite, Plexiglass sur le balcon donc pas de balcon. Pas de prise à côté des lits, câble électrique (raccordement) dans les WC. Joint de la douche moisi. Et éclat dans le bac à douche. Serviette salle (tache orange)

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

One of the elevators was broken on the day of our departure, so we had to carry our bags down one floor via the stairs, which wasn't very convenient

Pros:

Location great. 10 minutes walk to Biarritz Grand Plage.
Surrounded by lots of nice restaurants

Cons:

The main lift-3 people max and it broke down. We were on the 5th floor and had to climb the spiral staircase when we returned from a night out.

habitación bien. baño muy bien. nada de ruido a pesar de ser céntrico. está cerca de todo lo interesante, edificios, mar y bares. el personal es amable y hablan suficiente español.

Con muchos detalles por mejorar. Gimnasio muy pobre y con muchos elementos en mal estado.
