Pros:

Proximité plages et bâtiment de congrès ( bellevue )

Cons:

Comportement du propriétaire au cours de panne d’électricité… dame et son mari bloqués dans ascenseur… pas d’excuses et pas de proposition de verre d’eau ou autre en compensation . Hotel équivalent à 3 étoiles et non pas 4 étoiles

Comme le directeur "honteux"
Cons:

Cet hôtel est une tâche pour la magnifique Biarritz. Le ministère et ATOUT France ont dû se tromper d'adresse pour lui attribuer 4 étoiles. Bruyant, odorant, sdb sans ventil, fourmis dans la chambre, peintures pelées, façade décrépie, stores d'entrée délabrés, propreté limite, ferraillage apparent et béton éclaté sous les balcons, 2 capsules de café pour 3 jours, petit déjeuner moyen à 17euro, pas de mouchoir papier,....Cerise sur le gâteau, nous sommes restes enfermés en panique dans le noir pendant 3/4heure dans le minuscule ascenseur (0.75m2) .Mille mercis à l'hôtesse et aux clients présents qui, contre l'avis du directeur nous ont délivrés de ce piège angoissant. En guise d'attitude professionnelle, ce personnage fuyant , arrogant, hurlant et plus que désagréable nous a éructé que lorsque l' on est claustrophobe on ne prend pas l'ascenseur. Un génie!. N'hésitez pas à consulter les avis tout aussi négatifs d'autres sites de réservation et surtout passez votre chemin .

Hôtel avec bon emplacement, correct
Pros:

Emplacement central très pratique
Réduction pour le ménage non fait à partir de 2 nuits, très bien pour sensibiliser les gens

Cons:

Bouilloire cassée, chambre au fin fond de l’hôtel avec beaucoup de marches pour y accéder
Personnel pas très agréable (pour le Check in, Check out très sympa)

Great location for a weekend.

Location is excellent. Staff were lovely

Cons:

I paid extra for a sea view but could only see it if I stood on the balcony. No seating was provided. This was not the case during my previous stay.
