Obiekt duży. Teren wokół hotelu jak i hotel zadbany i czysty. Pokój ogromny, łazienka duża z prysznicem i wanną. Duży balkon z widokiem na morze. Personel pomocny i miły. Na recepcji pani mówiąca po polsku wszystko wyjaśniła co i jak . Jedzenie dobre zróżnicowane, ja mialem 3 posiłki. Strefa basenowa ok 2 baseny w tym jeden na dachu z mega widokiem dla gości premium.basen otwierany od 10 do 20 I nie ma zajmowania leżaków od rana za to duzy plus. Hotel blisko sklepów promenady I morza.

Cons:

Jak dla mnie za dużo animacji na basenie głównym. Basen w godzinach już porannych był mocno zatłoczony głównie przez dzieci. Basen na dachu powinien być tylko dla dorosłych. Mialem wykupiona wersję premium a nie bylo gdzie sie zrelaksować w ciszy. Nawet na dachu przy basenie bylo gwarno.

Great stay for families
Pros:

Nicely refurbished hotel with great atmosphere. It is a great family hotel with a lot of entertainment and play areas for kids. We have received a cake and a bottle of champagne for free of charge for my daughter’s birthday what we celebrated there,it was a nice gesture. We were premium guests so could use the limited restaurant to avoid the crowded breakfast or dinner times

Cons:

The room was not so clean. When we arrived the floor was really dirty, I asked to have an extra cleaning it helped a bit but still should be improved.

Muy caro para el servicio que ofrece. Pagué habitación doble y fui sola.

Habitación ubicada en la azotea de toda la maquinaria del hotel y el ruido era constante a pesar de tener puerta de terraza cerrada

Las instalaciones, el trato y un personal excelente. Estupendo.

Cons:

Las instalaciones de los ascensores panorámicos están cada dos por tres averiados. Quizás necesiten una remodelación.

piscinas geniales y el bufet es muy variado y muy rico. para los niños hay de todo sin problema. la playa está al lado y el paseo marítimo es ideal para comprar. es un hotel de 10

Amazing holiday
Pros:

Perfect for our 2 year old, fab kids entertainment, pools and facilities. Food was great and varied.

Cons:

The only issue we had which was small but consistent was that the lifts were very small which meant we spent a lot of time waiting for lifts with our little one who couldn't manage the stairs.

Perfecta estancia, con falta de horas Intatiles.
Pros:

EXCELENTE trato por el personal de Recepción, Camareros, Personal de Limpieza, Animación: En especial a Natalia y la chica Rubia ( no me acuerdo su nombre)

Cons:

MEJORARÍA (no es qué no me gustó),
MÁS HORAS de Club Infantil y Actividades para niñ@s. Son muy pocas horas ( de 11h a 12:30h y de 15 a 17H )
Ya qué tienen espacio de sobra y piscina con toboganes. Pensaba qué estaba más enfocado a niños.
MOLARÍA horario de: 10:30h a 13h y de 15:30h a 19h. Pienso qué así los padres estamos con nuestros hijos, y a la vez desconectamos. Aunque estemos pendientes de ello.

Pienso qué es un GRAN HOTEL, seminuevo, con grandes espacios, para qué disfruten Niños y Adultos

Pros:

La mejor ubicación posible: playa y Puerto Marina a pocos pasos. Limpieza, buena comida, trato excelente. Nos gusta repetir en este hotel porque es garantía de calidad.

Cons:

Nos quedamos encerrados en el ascensor del Edificio 2 y no hay manera de contactar con recepción desde dentro. Tuvimos que esperar a que las puertas se abriesen. Nadie notó el incidente.
Pocas sombras en las piscinas, una lucha pillar hamaca.
