Very enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

Great views. Good size rooms and bathroom. Quiet in the evening. Nice pool and terrace area.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a sea view. Bit cold in the evening as only a thin sheet provided. Towels were missing on the first day but quickly sorted.

Wir sind schon 11.00 Uhr angekommen. Früher Flug. Hatte lange vorher angefragt, ob wir schon etwas früher ins Zimmer gehen können. Es wurde 16.00 Uhr. Leider. Das Telefon hatte keine Schnur, war nur Deko. Die Handtücher konnten aus Ermangelung neuer nicht gewechselt werden und dann wurden sie auch noch weggenommen, obwohl wir dann gar keine mehr hatten. Ausgeschrieben ist das Hotel auch als deutsprachig an der Rezeption. Leider hat nur eine Dame an der Rezeption mit einer Übersetzungsapp uns geholfen. Alles anderen recht stoffelig. Leider

Wonderful large room, breakfast has plenty of choice. The bar prices are very competitive with bars in the area so not overpriced like a lot of hotels.

Cons:

Not sure I like the bath in the bedroom with no door.

Pros:

Beautiful big hotel . Great pool for kids and large sunny area. Fantastic views from top floor deluxe room. Beautiful bali beds available and decor is stunning. Very clean around the actual hotel.
Very comfy beds and great aircon. Sky lounge stunning and quiet. If your not premium you can access after 5pm for cocktails.Lots of sunbeds and lounge areas. Decor is stunning. Small touchscreen in room like dressing gown and slippers was lovely

Cons:

Noisy neighbours. Staff in bar areas could be nicer and i didn't like the pool guys. Rude! They also close pools way to early. 4.45pm for kids. 6pm for other pools.
Our room was stunning can't fault it nor the view. But was shocked to find dirty underwear under a shelf on our last day. Definitely wasn't ours. Other than that the rooms are amazing and spotless. .

Food absolutely awful at brekfast. Caters more for European than Irish or English.

The don’t have covers for blankets on the bed, it screams tourist trap and spa was by external company and not included. Breakfast tasted like plastic. Extremely bad place. Stay away.

Cons:

Queuing for drinks, not enough bar staff at evenings in hotel. Too think it’s only early season, god knows what it would be like peak season. The breakfast was more aimed at Europeans rather than British which is ok to an extent but us brits do like our home comforts.Wd had a slight issues with ants in our room also
