This hotel exceeded our expectations! The views and decor were amazing! Short walk to beach and restaurants! The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and polite. The suite was large and well appointed. The breakfast options on property were truly exceptional.
Great value for the expense. My wife and I plan to come back without the kids. The property is not explicitly adults only but our kids were the only ones at the hotel during our stay which made us feel a bit awkward. But great property for adults!
Beautiful rooms, architectural design, views of the pool and ocean.
$ prices for pool drinks are over the top. 6 euro for half a cup of draft beer, 22 euro for two small drinks with a mixer

The staff were really friendly & helpful. I found my stay this year much more relaxed as a result. It was a definite improvement on previous years👍🏽✨

Hôtel impersonnel, trop grand. Petit déjeuner bon et varié mais non chaleureux. Équipements de la chambre vieillissants. Chambre supérieure avec vue sur la mer avait uniquement une vue partielle sur la mer. Décevant.
Instalaciones modernas y muy cuidadas, vistas de la habitación inmejorables, amabilidad por parte de todo el personal (recepción, restaurantes, limpiadoras, socorrista piscina…)

Breakfast was a bit chaotic and not clean (coffee areas overflowing with rubbish) not really told what to do as in ordering tea etc and using the tongs on your table.

La ubicación lo mejor, en la habitación había bastantes enchufes y muy práctico el frontal de la cama con las mesillas.
No había agua de cortesía… muy habitual hoy día en todos los hoteles, aunque es cierto que tomamos un agua del minibar y no nos lo cobraron.
El cuarto de baño… desde la cama se ve el inodoro, los baños abiertos me parecen de mal gusto, no tienen intimidad.
El armario es para prendas cortas, no es práctico y no tiene zapatillas ni caja normal de pañuelos de papel, solo una pequeña con 3 o 4, no tiene hervidor ni cafetera.

Coffee machines very slow at breakfast and would stop working often. Need faster machines.
