Don't go there! Only 4* hotel in the world where you have to pay €25,- for pool/sauna!!

I have stayed in many hotels. This is the first and only 4*-hotel that I experienced where (as a hotel guest!!) you have to pay €25,- for the pool/spa area. You find a bathrobe on your bed, walk half a mile to the spa and then they charge you €25,- to use pool/sauna. This is absolutely ridiculous. The room is not cheap at all. You have a pricy hotel and then get charged additionally for a service that every (!!) other hotel provides for "free" (included in the room price). How greedy can a hotel be? Extremly unsatisfying.
The breakfast was pretty average in a horrible environment with unfriendly staff. Hotel is quite outdated.
This hotel definetly does not deserve 4 stars!

Erinomainen hotelli
Pros:

Olimme tyytyväisiä valintaamme. Tyylikäs ja viihtyisä hotelli, hyvä palvelu. Erinomainen aamiainen sisälsi laajan valikoiman muun muassa hedelmiä, juustoja, makeita leivonnaisia. Kaupungin paras hotelli, sellaisen käsityksemme saimme myös paikallisilta ihmisiltä.

Unfortunately stormy weather, but the hotel was very comfortable

Very good breakfasts. Very comfortable room. Good location (apart from the wind).

Cons:

Having birds in the dining-room at breakfast was very unhygenic. I did mention this to one of the receptionists.
I found the building too modern and a bit characterless for my taste. Service in the restaurant at dinner was good on one of the two evenings l ate there, and incredibly slow on the other. I had the impression it was because l was a woman on my own.

La grande baie sur l’extérieur, le petit déjeuner varié, le repas du soir bien servis

Cons:

Cocktail au bar peut goûteux et la première chambre non conforme à notre réservation ( vue directe sur la mer en étages supérieurs). On nous a installé dans une chambre avec vue très très latérale à la mer en face d’un immeuble !… nous n’avons pas gardé cette chambre et on nous a déplacé dans une autre chambre donnant sur un parc avec vue latérale mer… nous avions largement communiqué avec l’établissement pour obtenir une chambre vue mer en étage supérieur avec un grand lit et nous avions accepté la proposition de l établissement de régler un supplément pour obtenir la chambre voulue!… dommage que cela ne se soit pas passé comme prévu .
