Pros:

The location is good, fairly central, a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral and to bus stops to go to the Alhambra. The tram station is also nearby and gives easy access to the Train and Bus Stations.

Cons:

It's difficult to believe that this is a 3 Star Hotel. The facilities are dated and basic at best as evidenced by plastic cups in the bathroom. The rooms are functional but suffer from street noise. Traffic, late night revellers can all be heard throughout the night. Worse still there was a party on our floor one night which didn't finish until 6.00 am despite complaints being made.
Breakfast was very poor and unappetising. It consisted of stale bread and stale pastries, assorted salami and cheeses which were far from fresh, a bowl of battered and bruised fruit. The only edible items were the tiny pots of supermarket yoghurt left out from the night before. Staying at this Hotel was quite a depressing experience.
