Excellent staff, very comfortable beds and a great location for exploring Granada.
Pros:

The staff at the reception was extremely warm and friendly. We received great recommendations for Granada together with a city map, which was very helpful. The beds were the most comfortable ones we had during our trip, and the breakfast was absolutely sufficient for the price.

The location was also excellent. We could reach almost everything on foot, with shopping streets and many great restaurants nearby. We even walked back from the Alhambra without any problems after taking an Uber there early in the morning. The room was clean and well equipped, and we also appreciated the small bathroom amenities such as soap, razors and other essentials.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit older in terms of style and some parts, especially the shower, could benefit from renovation in the future. The only slightly confusing part for us was understanding exactly where to temporarily stop or park the car on arrival, so we ended up using a nearby public parking garage instead.

El hotel estaba en una calle muy comercial no lejos del centro, pero creo que era un poco caro para lo que ofrecía como el desayuno que era muy normal. La habitación era grande, pero tenía demasiados muebles. Yo le hubiese quitado un sillón que, además, no se podia utilizar.

Sitio perfecto para disfrutar unas vacaciones en Granada
Pros:

Los recepcionistas muy amables y simpáticos y la chica del comedor también. La limpieza de la habitación perfecta y la ubicación del hotel genial.

Cons:

Las almohadas no eran cómodas y en el cuarto de baño era bañera y no plato de ducha y para mí era un poco incómoda a la hora de entrar y salir porque resbalaba un poco (tengo una inestabilidad en el tobillo que me dificultaba la entrada y salida)

Super hôtel bien situé avec des réceptionnistes très professionnels
Pros:

Réceptionnistes vraiment super. Très attentionnés et toujours là pour donner d'excellents conseils sur leur ville. Bravo et merci infiniment !!!
Ménage en chambre très bien fait et agréable parfum de fleur d'oranger. Très bien.

Bruit de canalisations provenant probablement de la climatisation dans la chambre

Pros:

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e tanto o hotel como o quarto sempre limpos e muito bem cheirosos. Bom colchão e boas condições. Tem uma óptima localização, ficando mesmo ao lado do metro e das principais linhas de autocarros (com ligação à Alhambra).

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço poderia ser um pouco melhor e variado. O quarto era um pouco quente.
