Pros:

• Очень понравилось питание. Мы брали полный пансион и остались довольны! Разнообразно и вкусно!
• Приятный номер, очень удобная двухспальная кровать! Такой широкой кровати мы ещё не видели))
• Персонал на высоте! Очень дружелюбные, вежливые. Всегда помогут и подскажут!
• Месторасположение тоже хорошее. Хоть и не на первой береговой, но всё в 10 минутной доступности: пляж, аптеки, магазины, кафе, автовокзал.

Cons:

•Посредственная уборка. Мы проживали 11 дней, просили поменять нам постельное бельё, но так и не дождались этого. Из вентилятора в туалете постоянно выдувалась пыль, которая была в нем судя по всему.
•Также хромает шумоизоляция. Текущая вода по трубам слышна из ванной комнаты как в аквапарке. Ещё и по звуку где-то капала. Идущих гостей с маленькими детьми с раннего завтрака по коридору тоже прекрасно было слышно.
• В спа нам показалась слишком хлорированная вода в джакузи. При попадании в глаз у моей супруги началось жёсткое раздражение((

Awful.
Pros:

Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Pretty much everything. Photos looks so much better. Staff allow people reserve sunbeds to never use them, so can’t even sit around the pool. Spa is allowed to be over run by kids. It’s chaos.

Pros:

El trato de TODO el personal ha sido increíble, desde los de recepción, hasta los socorristas, personal de limpieza, personal del buffet.. Cada rincón del hotel esta super limpio. El buffet a pesar de no tener mucha variedad, está bastante rico y con alimentos de calidad y poco comunes en buffets como salmón, codorniz, navajas, pato.. especial mención al personal del buffet que si pides algo te lo traen y su trato es increíble, muy cercanos y amables. La ubicación esta bien, a 5 minutos andando de la playa y a 1 minuto de la calle principal de tiendas, restaurantes etc. Queremos destacar también lo mucho que nos gustó el espectáculo del grupo de bailes latinos, ESPECTACULAR.

Cons:

Creemos que se debería de supervisar entre los huéspedes la norma de NO RESERVAR tumbonas en la piscina. Por que desde que abre a las 8:00, ya hay gente que va a poner toallas en las tumbonas para todo el día. Es una vergüenza que por parte del personal, no se les diga nada. Y otro aspecto a mejorar serían los espectáculos de la noche, salvo el grupo de bailes latinos que son buenísimos, el resto de actuaciones son bastante malas…
El gimnasio se podría mejorar un poco poniendo más material o alguna polea y no tantas bicis..
