Old fashion hotel

Bel emplacement, très bel hôtel mal insonorisé personnel très sympathique.

En líneas generales, muy buena opción para hospedarse en platja d’Aro. Si bien es cierto el precio es un poco elevado (nada comparado con otras opciones hoteleras), la atención por el personal, el desayuno y la ubicación hacen del lugar muy buena opción. Pedimos un cambio de habitación para tener una cama doble para que nuestro bebé dormiese con nosotros y hicieron lo posible por ayudarnos. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar a sus clientes.

Muy buena opción en el centro de Platja d'Aro, al lado de la playa, buen desayuno-bufe , comodidad y excelente atención al cliente. Ambiente familiar.

Perfect Hotel, can't fault it, we had a brilliant stay. Yes the rooms are basic, but they're clean, big enough and the AC worked really well! Breakfast was a great selection and the pool was lovely and you could always get a spot on a sunbed. Location incredible, literally 30 seconds to the beach and a bunch of bars and restaurants. Don't expect 5 star quality but seriously great hotel all round, would stay there again for sure :)

We have just returned from this hotel and feel really let down especially by the very arrogant Manager/Owner.
We arrived at the hotel and it didn't look to bad, we are both elderly and I have great walking difficulties, we asked for a lower floor which was fine.
Within a few hours the resort was not by a massive storm,our room and passage was a complete washout ankle deep in water, I reported this immediately to this manager and he informed us that we would have to move rooms, as I said earlier we are both elderly and handicapped, NOT one person helped us and we struggled to move rooms,after this I told this manager how unhappy we were at being abandoned, he went absolutely ballistic and told me in a very very bad and angry manner that if I wanted help I had to say PLEASE how disgusting, and it ruined our holiday, I informed him that we would never return to his hotel.
The room given to us was very basic, the bathroom/shower was very dangerous, you had to step over the bath to obtain a shower, there was no safety may or hand rail to help you, in fact one guest while we there fell and BROKE 3 RIBS, there was no phone no fridge, We were really glad to leave today.
We are really experienced travellers and don't put in bad reviews but this manager and his hotel really let holiday makers down, there are far better hotels in the area and and I would encourage people to look elsewhere, I can only give it 3/10.

This is a fabulous, friendly hotel very close to the sea front. The hotel is quite small and very homely. The communal areas are very nice. The pool area is quite small but was not busy while we were there. The breakfasts are excellent, the breakfast area is large with seating available outside in the lovely courtyard. The food is typically continental and plentiful with items restocked quickly. There are plenty of cereals, breads, cheeses and meats as expected along with fruit,cakes as well as scrambled eggs and ‘bacon’ for those that want. Our room was very nice, on the second floor with a large enough balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom was quite small but adequate with a really good shower over a small bath. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from reception. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, especially Manuela. The bar was a good place to start and end the evening, very well priced with a great selection. A special mention would have to be made to Josef who manned the bar with his own particular style - luckily we really enjoyed his choice in music. Will definitely look at returning

Je trouve en recanche que l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé : on avait l'impression de dormir avec nos voisins et la chambre est un peu viellotte: merite un rafraichissement

As all prevous reviews the overwhelming thing is the staff here are all excellent- the comunal areas are a great place to relax and enjoy- imaculatly clean and well looked after- the only reason for not giving it full score was we were unlucky with our room allocation !! Great prices and lunch snacks- cheapest drinks in resort and good choicezz dont hesitate to book and stay here-- soerry did i say fantastic location , as it is !!!

Hôtel loin de l’agitation et tout près de la mer. Établissement familial et à taille humaine. Personnel très aimable.
Nous étions deux adultes et un enfant et nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
Le petit moins serait le nombre limité de place de parking.
