Bastante decepcionante.

El buffet me gustó bastante. La ubicación muy buena ya que estabas a nada de la playa y los restaurantes. El servicio de la limpieza también me pareció muy buena.

Cons:

Suponiendo que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, que en Semana Santa no tengan abierto la piscina exterior es absolutamente lamentable sabiendo el tiempo que hace en la Comunidad Valenciana. Que tenga que pagar los servicios del gym, la piscina interior y tal es vergonzoso. El aire acondicionado estropeado con un calor sofocante en la habitación y otro detalle lamentable es que no tengan en el bar la opción de poner fútbol para ver, que se supone que es un hotel de 4 estrellas joder. No volveremos a repetir.

Esta bien
Pros:

El alojamiento esta bien, con piscina y spa, gym,se llega fácilmente,a dos calles de la playa y restaurantes y tiendas,un supermercado al lado, amplio parking no muy caro.

Cons:

Al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos que no funcionaba la nevera y una cama tenía las patas bastante mal pero lo solucionaron rápido.

Overall a lovely hotel, but there were one or two small things that let it down.
Pros:

Nice rooms and balcony, staff friendly. Plenty of sun beds and nice pool area. Short, pleasant walk to the front for restaurants. It’s worth mentioning that this area and hotel is not your normal Costa experience and if that’s what you’re looking for then this probably isn’t the hotel or area for you. Although we were made very welcome and overall enjoyed our stay, we were the only English people in the entire hotel. This is a Spanish holiday resort for Spanish people.

Cons:

The hotel was very full over the Spanish Labour holiday weekend and the hotel struggled. The queues to check in were horrendous on the Friday, snaking around reception. The lifts were hit and miss, the queues for breakfast and dinner were long. There wasn’t a great range of food on offer for breakfast (we ate out for dinner so can’t comment on the dinner offering).

El desayuno, poca variedad y calidad.
El ascensor continuamente estropeado, me alojaba en la sexta planta y he tenido que subir en dos ocasiones por las escaleras.
El agua de la ducha fría por las mañanas , no entiendo el motivo.

Hotel muy bueno que lo empañó los olores del bajante del aseo de la habitación.
Pros:

la atención del personal, las instalaciones del hotel. en una zona tranquila de Benicasim, (Abril), habría que verlo en verano,

Cons:

No le puedo poner mas nota, ya que antes de la media noche, el aseo de nuestra habitación (524), empezó a oler los bajantes terriblemente, menos mal que la noche era calidad, pudimos dormir con el balcón abierto y lógicamente con la puerta del baño cerrada,
A la mañana siguiente al entregar la llave, lo comentamos en recepción, pero me quede con la impresión de que hay se quedo.

Un hotel que les sobran estrellas
Cons:

Es imposible poder comunicarte con el hotel porque nadie responde al teléfono,el parking es en la calle y encima te hacen pagar 13 euros al día cómo no te puedes comunicar no lo sabes,pides la factura y no te la pueden imprimir porque no les funciona la impresora,los canapés de las habitaciones todos rotos parece recogidos de la basura ese hotel pone de 4 estrellas y no es ni de dos
