Very good visit, situated in a good position and very quiet in the rooms at night.
Pros:

We enjoyed our visit - view was brilliant as on 11th floor

Breakfast had a good selection

Room good - shower was brilliant

Cons:

Good selection of food at breakfast however the hot food could've been hotter, as tended to be only warm. Also the Bacon is folded over and cooked leaving the underside not as well cooked, so this bit was left.

Room seemed particularly warm, so I had to sleep with the window open.

Nos gustó mucho ...la ubicación y el trato del personal . Quiero destacar el trato de Antonio en la recepción y el personal del restaurante, Angel y Jesús. La comida estaba buenísima. Vamos a repetir seguro cuando volvemos por Benidorm

Cons:

Praktycznie nic w pokoju nie było.
Nawet wody do picia po przyjeździe, nie wspomnę o szklance czy jakimś kieliszku do wina.
Nikt nie wyniosl śmieci przez 3 dni, nie było pytania ze strony personalu co sprzątał.

Everything about the hotel was superb,the staff and location was great we only had the Breakfast but that was brilliant and the waiting staff in all areas could not be more pleasant

Wonderful 3 night stay
Pros:

Stunning sea views of the entire bay of Benidorm. Sea front. Within easy reach of shops and entertainment. Very comfy beds best sleep we've had in a hotel. Good food plenty of choice. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing really although a kettle in the room would have made it a 10 rather than a 9 stay.

Pros:

The waitress at the bar was fantastic, she knew my order the following night.

Cons:

No parking available for my visit, the bar had the same singer every night and didn't cater for non Spanish. They put us in the wrong room with the wrong name key, the did sort it.
