⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tolles Hotel mit unschlagbarem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Hotel Benikaktus und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Hier passt einfach alles zusammen:
• Lage & Aussicht: Die Lage ist absolut top! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 10. Stock und die Aussicht von dort oben war einfach sagenhaft.
• Sauberkeit: Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und wirkt extrem gepflegt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl.
• Frühstück: Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch und lecker – ein super Start in den Tag.
• Service: Ein riesiges Lob an das Personal! Alle waren extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich.
• Preis-Leistung: Für diesen Standard und die Lage ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar.
Fazit: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen definitiv gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

The man who worked at the reception in the restaurant, I don't know his name, was very unfriendly, my girlfriend came in 7 minutes before 10 a.m. and was told that she couldn't have breakfast, she somehow went in and took breakfast, but under great stress from the people who were working and couldn't wait to leave at 10 a.m., we didn't ask for any human tolerance of a few minutes, nothing else. We were even charged for breakfast at the reception desk, and if Mr. down at the restaurant said that we don't have to pay.

Det finns ingen som helst privatliv i rummet. Toaletten och duschen går inte att låsa, så jag kunde inte känna mig bekväm.
Dessutom är parkeringen en verklig plåga – platsen är mycket trång och alltid full med bilar, och det finns stor risk att bilen skrapar mot andra bilar vid in- och utfart.

Location was what I was excited about...so close to the beach....
Breakfast was something to look forward to. The staff were friendly and approachable. We enjoyed some good live music in the evening at the bar.
I could see the whole promenade of the Mediterranean beach from my balcony...a view straight out of a book.

Cons:

I don't think there was anything that I had a problem with.

Great location with fantastic views of the resort and close to the beach and the bars and restaurants.
Pros:

Great location on sea front at the end of all the bars and restaurants. Great balconies with views of the whole resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Some noise from other guests but it is Benidorm!

Pros:

Hotelul frumos, cu priveliște ca in pozele de prezentare ( noi am fost cazati la etajul 11), curat si cu aspect de nou, situat lângă plajă. Personal amabil, mic dejun bogat și cu mici variații zilnice.
