Please note guests who have booked Poseidon Living (Apartment) – key collection will take place at the reception of Poseidon Palace, located at 26 Emilio Ortuño Street.

Covered parking: EUR 12 per day / Open air parking: EUR 10 per day. This service is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

Indoor swimming pool is open from 1 November until 4 April approximately. Please check with the hotel possible changes.

Hotel correcto y bien ubicado para ver Benidorm
Pros:

La habitación muy grande, dos camas de 1,35 para 2 personas. Baño con ducha y mampara. Las instalaciones muy correctas y el personal muy amable. Es un hotel grande, quizás en temporada alta se pueda tener otras sensaciones

Cons:

Por poner algo, estaba de obras el comedor de nuestro edificio y teníamos que ir al otro edificio, hay que atravesar la zona de piscina

Not a bad place to stay but don’t leave a deposit as you will not get it back
Pros:

Nothing got there and was put into an apartment not the hotel they said we could use the pool but wasn’t worth it as would have to walk back wet to apartment as it’s not on site

Cons:

They said I would receive my deposit back within in 48 hours I have given it 9 days now still not received it have messaged the property and they have just ignored me
