Pros:

Prosecco at breakfast!

Cons:

I was charged more at the hotel than the amount I paid when booked with Booking.com. The enquiry is still ongoing.

No es posible que en una reserva de hotel no encuentres elementos básicos, como un jabón de baño. Muy mal 🙈 y preguntas a la recepción y no hay nadie que solucione algo tan básico.

Muy buen hotel.
Pros:

Bien ubicado, personal amable, instalaciones limpias.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que la gente deja las toallas en las hamacas y se van, reservándolas pero sin estar en casi todo el día en ellas, cosa que no se puede hacer según las normas de la piscina, pero nadie lo controlaba.

Unhelpful staff, room issues such as smell and tv not working, had issues with booking the board we option we wanted staff we’re not willing to assist with this. No resolution of complaint made afterwards
