Lamentável o serviço! A necessitar de GRANDES Inv és timentos! Tudo é velho!
Pros:

Os Paradores têm, por norma, uma excelente localização. O de Segovia não destoa! E sendo ‘hotéis’ antigos e estatais, possuem áreas generosas, hoje nada típicas!

Cons:

Hotel MUITO cansado. Tudo é velho, desde a piscina aos quartos, as mesas da sala de jantar, tudo.
Mas o pior são mesmo os funcionários! Parecem ‘funcionários públicos’ a ‘arrastarem-se’, fazendo sentir que são os clientes que estão a mais. Um exemplo paradigmático foi o tratamento que recebi do rececionista José Peréz! Penoso. Um descalabro. Parece estar a contar os dias para a reforma, em para defesa do bom nome dos ‘Paradores’ lhe devia ser concedida!

Las instalaciones ,piscina , la tranquilidad , habitaciones silenciosas y las vistas de Segovia desde la habitación .

Cons:

No está comunicado con Segovia con transporte público cercano y para usar comedor hay que avisar el día anterior en recepción .

Great Hotel
Pros:

We always try and stop in Paradores when travelling across Spain and although this isnt an historic building it was fantastic. Only a short way outside Segovia but ideally located. This was our first stopover from Santander and will be back. Staff were very friendly and food and breakfast was excellent

De um modo geral foi muito agradável.
Pros:

Gostei muito do espaço exterior, da vista para a cidade e da qualidade do restaurante. Está bem localizado.

Cons:

O que poderiam melhorar, era ter chaleira no quarto, apesar de não ser essencial. O pequeno almoço era bom mas comparado com outros onde estive poderia ser melhor.

Comfortable Room, fabulous views
Pros:

Room was very quiet and comfortable. The view was stunning. Parkling was safe and abundant. Reception lady was welcoming and helpful. We walked into Segovia, about 40 minutes and mostly down hill! After our sightseeing we went in search of a taxi, the taxi rank is next to a bus stop, we asked the bus driver if he went near the Parador and he did! The stop is by the Ballenoil gas station which is opposite the entrance to the Parador, only cost 3.50 euros for 2 of us too. The cafe next to the gas station is great for morning coffee and tostadas before continuing on our journey.

Cons:

We were offered a complementary drink at the bar as we are members of the Amigos de Paradores, however the bar steward was not very welcoming or friendly. Shame really, as the bar area is very special.

Las limpiadoras entraron en nuestra habitación con el cartel de no pasar puesto estando nosotros dentro. Desde ese momento teníamos la sensación de que podían entrar en cualquier momento...

Adequate but expensive for what we received.

No extractor fan,so hot and stuffy.
Dangerous slippery bath.Horrible yellowish fittings.
Needed ripping out.
The menu was limited and boring.
Fresh vegetables were a little bit of mustard and cress.😁
