The seasonal pool is open every day from June to September, from 10:00 to 20:30. The exact day of opening must be confirmed with the property.
During winter, the heated pool and sauna are open in the following times:

*Sunday, 10:00 to 17:00

There are beautiful views from the bar/ restaurant and from the bedrooms. Rooms are large and clean but need to be updated. A good shower much more efficient than shower over the bath. Temperature very erratic
Although it was 30 degrees the outdoor pool was not open. That also meant no sunbeds / chairs in the garden to sit out so limited outdoor space
We had half board, quite a selection but found food to be quite bland
Breakfast hit and miss depending on your timing and how quickly food replenished
Although there are items to order no staff actually ask if you want anything. You have to flag someone down
Parking très facile d'accès, accueil réception parfait, diner à la cafétéria simple et suffisant, petit déjeuner avec vue parfait.
C'est la seconde fois que nous allons à l'hôtel.
Une navette pour aller au centre de Ségovie, sans déplacer la voiture, serait un plus.
Nous apprécions beaucoup l' hôtel. Piscine extérieure très agréable mais uniquement par très beau temps car non chauffée.
Horaire du petit déjeuner qui est un peu tard. Pas de possibilité de déjeuner avant 8H00/8H30
Idem pour l'heure du dîner. Pas de possibilité pour dîner ou prendre un petit plat vers 19h00/19h30.
Toilettes non séparées de la salle de bain. Pas de plateau d'accueil dans la chambre : eau/café/thé ...

Las zonas comunes del hotel, el salón las terrazas y la posicina son increíbles.
El personal súper amable, pedí una habitación en concreto y me la intentaron conseguir.
Las habitaciones, están un poco deterioradas por el paso del tiempo.
Se nota q tiene muy buen gusto y lleno de obras de arte. Ubicación adecuada y una vista excelente , muy recomendable el desayuno , el restorán excelente !!

Esmorzar molt correcte, sense excessos (positiu). Hi ha unes vistes excepcionals de la ciutat. La piscina climatitzada és un encert. Hi ha sauna dins els vestidors, però ho vaig descobrir el darrer dia; caldria fer-ho més explícit. Totes les habitacions donen a la ciutat.
Si vols anar a peu a Segòvia, no hi ha camins de muntanya habilitats, has de seguir la carretera, i són uns 40' de camí. Quan és de pujada, es fa dur. Hi hauria d'haver un camí d'accés des de la carretera, ja que has de fer tota la volta d'anada i tornada des de La Lastrilla

De ce parador, une vue magnifique sur Ségovie dont on profite depuis toutes les chambres, mais aussi depuis le restaurant et la salle du petit déjeuner.
Des chambres calmes et confortables, un petit déjeuner aussi copieux que délicieux.
Hôtel situé en périphérie de la ville, avec parking gratuit et offre de restauration sur place (bar et restaurant).
Rien à redire !
Personnel peu agréable. Piscine fermée. Très difficile de trouver un taxi pour aller en centre ville
While making plans for dinner, I was told that the cafeteria would be open from 1200 to midnight. When we arrived for dinner at about 1730, I was told that they didn't serve food from1600 to1900. Maybe the parador could do a better job of communicating what and when the cafeteria can offer to potential customers. Another possibility is to offer food from the cafeteria from 1600 to 1900 like the Parador de Toledo does.
El emplazamiento y la arquitectura interior
Lo desaprovechado que está. Tiene infinitas posibilidades que no se aprovechan. El desayuno muy justo. Pides huevos revueltos y te sacan huevina. Por la noche no se puede pasear por el jardín pese a las magníficas vistas e instalaciones. El desayuno recuerda época COVID.
