スイートルームは快適でした。ビーチは綺麗で、プールは掃除や監視が行き届き、水深が深いところもあり大人も楽しめます。
食事は、もう少しバリエーションを増やして欲しかった。スイートルームの朝食にはオムレツを焼いてくれるなどのサービスがあればもっと満足が高かったと思う。緑が多く海までの道も楽しくあるけた。ビーチ近くにシャワーがあり足を洗う事ができる。

Hôtel très agréable, spacieux, verdoyant, accès direct à la mer, petit bémol en tout cas pour notre hébergement nécessiterait un rafraîchissement des salles de bain.
(Petite cabine de douche) un hôtel pour famille avec enfants…

Resort ist super ausgestattet und durch die Renovierung auch super in Schuss.
Es ist sehr viel zur Unterhaltung gegeben sodass es auch nicht langweilig wird. Mittagessen und Abendessen sind wirklich vorzüglich und total Abwechslungsreich.

Die Unterkünfte sind im nördlichen Bereich des Resort und hier verläuft eine sehr stark befahrene Straße wo sich besonders die Motorradfahrer nicht am die Geschwindigkeit halten. Das führt zu einer extremen Lautstärke, was uns dazu gebracht hat das Zimmer zu tauschen.. besonders 3 Gebäude sind sehr davon betroffen wobei eines der Gebäude die Unterkünfte der Angestellten ist.

Das Frühstück war weniger gut. Es gab keinerlei Frisches Gemüse (Keine Tomaten o.ä.) zum Frühstück sondern nur schwere Kost. Für Ernährungsbewusste ist das Frühstück ein Graus. Das ist weit weg vom Standard .

Negativsten ist die Rezeption. Es arbeiten sehr viele Junge Leute dort die total unzureichend Englisch können. Sobald etwas zu beanstanden ist oder abseits der normalen Diskussion, sind die Kollegen/innen total überfordert. Es werden falsche Informationen bei CheckIn kommuniziert aufgrund Unwissenheit.. Andere Kollegen erzählen unterschiedliche Dinge was geht und was nicht. Total nicht abgestimmt.

Service an sich ist hier noch keine europäischer Standard. Mach unserem Zimmerwechsel wurde unser Gepäck einfach für die Tür gestellt und das für jeden zugänglich. (NoGo)!!!!??

Tutto decoroso

Struttura ben tenuta e mare meraviglioso, camera piccola e rumorosa, buon cibo.

In vacanza con le mie figlie (ormai più che ventenni) come sempre in un villaggio😄
Spiaggia e mare splendido. Animazione soft ma sempre presente: sono un bel gruppo di ragazzi ben coordinati Molto bravi i ragazzi della vela, sup e canoa e così pure l'organizzatore dei tornei Marcello (dal beach volley, padel, beach tennis alle bocce)
Anche gli spettacoli sono stati notevoli: scenette già conosciute sono state interpretate benissimo e quindi molto divertenti... Anche Mama mia è stato cantato dal vivo ! Buona la cucina con molta varietà e così pure il servizio ... Le camere sono rinnovate ma purtroppo molto piccole ...

First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of a local taxi. We kept the number of a taxi driver from the airport and stuck with him for the remaining of the trip once we realized that the hotel had no intention of helping us out. I also left behind a pair of earrings of no monetary value, but definitely sentimental, had to check out at 4am for an early flight and I forgot to grab them off the table. I reached out to the hotel via email, since their phone never works, and asked if there was any way the earrings can be returned to me, they never responded. Didn’t surprise me though! Anyways, the beach is gorgeous!!! Only good thing about the whole stay. Definitely would not recommend staying here. But maybe close by due to how beautiful the beach is.

Permanenza impeccabile.
Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la disponibilità e la cortesia, lavoro impeccabile. Camera perfettamente pulita e comoda. Varietà nei pasti per tutti i palati, tutto buonissimo. Animazione fantastica. Sicuramente riprenoteremo anche per l'anno prossimo.

struttura molto bella, silenziosa, personale accogliente e molto disponibile ma troppo scomoda, zona ristoranti troppo soleggiata, la camera troppo lontana dai servizi di ristorazione, dalle piscine e dalla spiaggia, sarebbe opportuno organizzare delle navette con degli orari prestabiliti.

Mare bello e vicino, struttura immersa nel verde, camera leggermente piccola per alloggiarci 2 settimane soprattutto con la culla. Personale sempre educato e cortese ad eccezione del responsabile delle attività sportive, maleducato arrogante e con poca o nessuna voglia di lavorare

Ristorazione ottima, organizzazione escursioni pessima.
Impossibile raggiungere Villasimius e/o Cagliari nè qualunque altra destinazione a causa di una totale disorganizzazione in merito. Chi vuole andare è costretto in hotel. Pessimo!

Pulizia e area fantastici. Animazione pessima. Gestione generale delle attività ricreative e ristorazione pessime!

Villaggio esteticamente molto bello, offre molte cose X ciò che concerne intrattenimenti , staff animazione molto simpatico e gentile , cucina variegata con molta scelta. La camera però una delusione totale, molto scura, odore forte di muffa e umido, bagno con servizi datati e molta muffa sulle pareti, sulle piastrelle e tra le fughe delle piastrelle del pavimento .
Scalette delle 2 piscine per bambini non ancorate perfettamente al suolo, da una parte saldatura rotta. Nell'insieme il villaggio necessiterebbe maggior cura e manutenzione , secondo me il prezzo è troppo elevato rispetto alle condizioni dell'infrastruttura.

Siamo una famiglia con 2 ragazze di 13 e 14 anni. Abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile: un villaggio immerso nel verde e a 2 passi da un mare cristallino, che offre attivitá per ogni gusto ed etá.
Ottimo il ristorante con offerta ricchissima, fantastica l'animazione e divertenti gli spettacoli serali, ineccepibile la pulizia delle stanze. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti.
