Superb hotel with so much charm! The way it should be !
Pros:

Everything was superb from the first minute - from the friendly gentleman running the hotel, to the beautiful and very grand reception area. My room was far better than I had expected, very good value for money. Wonderful spacious bathroom. Location is convenient for station and town. Montecatini is a delightful town and I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Nothing to dislike - everything was superb! Grazie Mille!

Quiet, clean and easy to locate. Friendly
Pros:

Easy location close to town centre.
Steff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there with a smile and really tried to make stay welcoming
Rooms were a good size, fresh clean and easily accessible with a lift
Concierge were ready with recommendations, very handy

Cons:

neighbours were awful, loud and disrespectful, late at night, not just to us, but to many, I believe they were addressed about their etiquette, which we appreciate

Tudo estava certo na hospedagem. Funcionários gentis, educados. Camas macias e limpas. Boas toalhas limpas, e chuveiro bom.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não consegui botar para funcionar,.mas não fez muita falta. Avisei-os na saída o mal funcionamento.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése, személyzet kedvessége

Cons:

A szoba hangszigetelése nulla, az utcai zajok olyanok voltak, mintha a szobában lettek volna, ugyan ez igaz a szomszéd szobai zajokra is. A Wifi nyagyon gyenge, folyton lefagyott vagy nem is volt. A szállodára ráférne egy felújítás.
