Hôtel bien situé, mais bruyant
Pros:

Personnel aimable, bilingue. Bien situé pour manger, se promener en soirée. Rapport qualité-prix satisfaisant

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur la cour et donc les cuisines et sur la rue, ce qui donne du bruit très tard et très tôt. Pas de parking trèsproche.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

The hotel is right in the centre of Montecatini, close to the station and a short walk from everywhere you may want to go. The room was cozy and irreproachably clean. A distinct praise is owed to the staff of the hotel, who were extremely polite and always helpful, making our stay an exceptionally pleasant one.

Hotel in stile 900 con staff meraviglioso
Pros:

L'albergo è in una traversa del Corso principale di Montecatini, centralissimo e attiguo a tutte le attrattive, terme comprese. La struttura è di inizio '900 con bellissimi pavimenti in graniglia con le greche nella hall e arredi in stile dell'epoca. Le stanze sono spaziose e comode, i bagni rinnovati e pratici. La pulizia è impeccabile, il riscaldamento generosissimo. Lo staff gentilissimo e socievole. Non ci è mancato nulla, lo consiglio a tutti e torneremo ad alloggiarvi.

Ottimo! Rapporto qualità/prezzo, direi ok!
Pros:

Il personale molto presente, discreto e disponibile a fornire informazioni sul luogo e sui punti ristoro.
Hotel a conduzione familiare, gestito da due fratelli, genuinamente predisposti al lavoro di accoglieza dei turisti che si recano a Montecatini.

Cons:

L'hotel è molto bello e curato, risalente alla fine dell'800.
In posizione praticamente quasi centrale rispetto a piazza del Popolo.
Montecatini paga il prezzo di essere stata una località termale molto rinomata ma di aver perso molto lustro negli anni, per cui ci sono diversi locali e hotel in disuso e abbandonati.
Questo ovviamente non è da imputare alla gestione dell'Hotel che, anzi, è molto ben cutato, pulito ed in posizione centrale.
