Excellent, parfait, l accueil un garçon très aimable.
La dame du petit déjeuner ( blonde ) la chambre 103 elle s' en rappelera était très sympa, agréable.
La chambre un bijou.

Abbiamo trascorso tre splendide notti qui e ci siamo sentiti davvero benissimo. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo percepito la professionalità e la gentilezza di tutto il personale, sempre cordiale e disponibile.

La nostra camera veniva pulita perfettamente ogni giorno e ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta con grande attenzione. Alla reception siamo sempre stati accolti con il sorriso e tutte le nostre domande hanno ricevuto risposte gentili e premurose.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Kriszta per la sua attenzione e la sua sincera gentilezza. Con il suo modo di fare solare e amichevole è entrata subito nei nostri cuori, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Siamo davvero grati per la calorosa ospitalità ricevuta e saremo felici di tornare in futuro.

Siamo stati molto bene durante il soggiorno. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci e a consigliarci.
Pros:

Cons:

- Air-conditioner in the room did not work. It is summer time so staff brought in a fan instead.
- Summer flies in the toilet as the windows were kept open in the room prior to check in. Have shared some photos here
- Gave feedback to front desk in the morning and requested for manager's attention, but manager did not bother with our feedback.
