Nice stay, satisfied!
Pros:

We love this hotel for many reasons: the historical building is right beside Isartor with direct bahn service to airport. It is only a short walk to the Alstadt and all the major attractions nearby. Dining options are plenty. We had a fun time exploring the not only Marienplatz but all the small alleyways nearby. We stayed there for 8 nights with a break of 3 days in between and were able to store our luggage while away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room(s) are clean with different theme. Would love to come back on our next visit to Munich!

Cons:

I wish the buffet breakfast has more varieties, it was pretty basic.

Pros:

Great location with easy access to everything in Munich. The rooms were updated with excellent bathrooms. The breakfast was also very nice, and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the room.

Fabulous location.
Pros:

Great location! We were close to everything, just a short walk from all that we wanted to see and needed. Loved having a little sitting area with a table to unwind before bed. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it always smelled good!

Cons:

Our window was at the back of the hotel which just looks into a residential parking lot/building. They were doing some construction which was a bit loud in the mornings, but no big deal.

Loved the hotel and staff, everything you need in a great position.
Pros:

The room was very clean, well furnished and very comfortable it had everything you would need. If not the helpful staff would bring it straight away (eg iron). They supplied a kettle for the room so I could make tea (bring teabags) and gave me some milk which I kept in the fridge. And the contents of the mini fridge are free which was a nice surprise, bottles of water and nice fruit drinks.
Air con very good, shower good, our premium room was quiet, its window overlooked a little courtyard garden.
The breakfast choices were good, omelette and fried eggs on request.
All of the staff were really friendly and helpful I would definitely go back there. It’s also in a good position with plenty of cafes, eating places and bars nearby and close to attractions.

Cons:

Just a small thing, during peak breakfast time the staff worked hard to keep foods replenished but some things ran out. If you ask they will sort it straight away.
Not a problem for us but there are a few stairs to the lift.

Book this hotel - it’s fabulous!
Pros:

Wonderful clean bright warm hotel in a perfect location. Easy walk to most sights - S- Bahn close by. Friendly helpful staff. Super comfortable bed.
