I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Staff just lovely - you can tell it is a family run hotel by their attitude.
Breakfast really good - that bread!!
Location superb - not too close to Marienplatz, great.
Room was OK, it grew on us..

Cons:

The room was a little ordinary, but this is a minor criticism - we were out all day

Overall, it was a good experience but expensive compared to similar hotels in Austria/Switzerland.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were good. The room was large and the bathroom was beautifully remodeled. However, the dark brown carpet was dated and revealed the room's age, despite the nice wood paneling on the walls. The shampoos and conditioner bottles, although appreciated, were tiny slim tubes with twist-off metal caps that were hard to use in the shower. Also, the room was expensive at nearly $500 dollars per night.

Cons:

They should remove the dark carpet in the rooms or replace it. Also, use shampoo and soap dispensers instead of tiny tubes with twist-off metal caps.

Prima locatie voor een prettige Munchen-vakantie
Pros:

De uitstekende service, met name de mevrouw bij het ontbijt: van haar vriendelijke houding en gedrag mogen veel hotels een voorbeeld nemen. Ook gezellige locatie.

Die zentrale Lage. Die Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Badezimmerausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt.
Die Frühstücksemmel war nicht frisch sondern trocken. Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich.

Outstanding stay in a charming hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable, modern room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Perfect location for arriving by train and walking around Munich. We were delighted with the beverages and coffee provided in-room.
