Great location and friendly staff, but one of the rooms had substantial issues that is not acceptabe

Cons:

The air condition was poor in one of the rooms and the shower water temperature consistently fluctuated between dangerously hot and cold. This is a safety hazard and needs to be addressed by the property ASAP.

Pros:

Loved breakfast, it was excellent. Friendly staff. Nice room, comfortable bed. Fridge and snacks, drinks provided by hotel.

Cons:

The pillows are in desperate need of replacement. Everything else was great.

The staff and willingness to help were wonderful. The Breakfast was lovely and delicious. The housekeeping was great.

Cons:

The beds were separate beds even though Booking allowed us to order a king size bed. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the water changed between cold and hot.

Top Lage und wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Absolut super Lage, so dass Fußläufig alles in der Innenstadt zu erreichen ist.
Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, check-in und -0ut problemlos und schnell.
Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Internetverbindung ist nicht stabil, sehr schwankend. Am Besten morgens, wenn alle noch schlafen.
