Please note that reservations for groups (6 rooms or more) will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount, on the day of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. Please contact the property directly through the details in your booking confirmation for more details.

Please note that specific parking spots cannot be reserved. Parking spots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Price for using the garage: From November to April EUR 8, from May to October EUR 12.

In case off no show on the first night, the whole reservation will be canceled.

Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.

Rate for recharging cars / other Electric vehicles is EUR 1 per Kw.

Please note that breakfast in the room has a surcharge of EUR 10 for 1 person or EUR 15 for 2 people.

Enjoy the location, the spotlessly clean presentation and the roof top views .
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent - I have been a visitor for over 30 years. The roof top view is amazing and the pool is decent. The hotel has been revamped and the rooms are much fresher - cleanliness and room presentation is excellent. The hotel has real potential - there are areas still to improve but great to see a renewed ambition.

Cons:

The breakfast is pretty average but quite acceptable as is the fino beer. The one area that needs consideration is the reception and welcome provided to guests. The staff initially seem to lack warmth and smiles but once you dig deeper are helpful and knowledgable. There is almost an arrogance in the locational awareness - it is special - but this hotel could be fabulous.

Parfait pour un très court séjour mais très étroit pour plus de 2 jours.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était diversifié et très bien. La vue sur la terrasse du toit était fantastique. La piscine c’était un plus très rafraîchissantla salle de bain était vraiment bien, grande douche en céramique avec tueries pour douche pluie en plus du téléphone, grand comptoir, toilette extrêmement propre avec bidet. Fontaine d’eau pour de l’eau filtré en tout temps. Si vous souhaitez être près de la plage, c’est très bien.

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivée à Porto, le transport prévu pour nous emmener à l’hôtel ne s’est jamais présenté, c’est un élément que j’ai trouvé décevant. quand on arrive on est fatigué on a plein de bagages, on a pas envie de courir et de faire des appels à savoir si quelqu’un vient nous chercher ou si on doit s’organise par nous-mêmes.
La chambre était vraiment très très très petite, très sombre, décor foncé et sombre, fenêtre très petite. un peu loin du centre. Lors de notre séjour, la mer et les vagues étaient si forte qu’il était impossible de mettre le gros orteil à l’eau de plus, il faut savoir que c’est une plage de petits cailloux et non pas de sable.

Would never think of staying in a place like this

This place is a disgrace and to class themselves as a 3 star is a joke. My partner and I did not stay even though we were refused a refund of €700 by two very rude and unprofessional people at reception.
We decided to go to the Vincci Hotel instead and what a different experience. A spotless hotel with amazing staff that couldn’t do enough for you.
We stayed the 4 nights there and for a lot less money €525 which included our breakfast a pool beautiful food and nightly music.
I’m an owner in hospitality in my own country and would never treat a person in this manner.
I don’t know how Booking.com do their ratings but they need to be a bit more diligent.
This place was a disgrace as were the staff we encountered
