Please note that the rooftop outdoor swimming pool is not heated.

Please note that reservations for groups (6 rooms or more) will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount, on the day of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. Please contact the property directly through the details in your booking confirmation for more details.

Please note that specific parking spots cannot be reserved. Parking spots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Price for using the garage: From November to April EUR 8, from May to October EUR 12.

In case off no show on the first night, the whole reservation will be canceled.

Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.

Rate for recharging cars / other Electric vehicles is EUR 1 per Kw.

Please note that breakfast in the room has a surcharge of EUR 10 for 1 person or EUR 15 for 2 people.

Perfect location. Staff great and able to respond quickly to my changing travel needs.
Pros:

Staff was very responsive and helpful. Location was awesome. Bathroom very manageable for older person with physical limitations.

Cons:

Breakfast geared more towards European tastes. Coffee dispensed from machine. although good, was not hot.

Gosto especialmente da localização do hotel, na Foz e em frente ao mar, da sua dimensão pequena e do staff.

Cons:

O hotel beneficiava com uma remodelação. Um upgrade na decoração dos quartos, etc.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in ocean-front, quiet and boutique stays.
Pros:

There was a new gal and Brazilian guy at the front desk who were so nice, personable and helpful - not like your stuffy, personality-less staff wer’e so used to seeing these days. We stayed here upon arriving in Portugal when our apartment was not yet ready. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting who aren’t staying with us.

Une très belle situation face au fort de Saint Jean Baptiste. Un personnel aimable et attentionné.

Patiko švara, lokacija, istorija, personalas. Kambariai tvarkomi kas dieną.

Cons:

Pusryčiai. Labai ribotas pasirinkimas ir per 10 dienų nelabai kas keitėsi. Vegetarams ir veganams mažai pritaikytas maistas. Dar kambarį rinkčiausi su daugiau dienos šviesos. Mano buvo į miesto pusę, tai gana tamsu.
