The best stay in Baiona
Pros:

Just a superb experience! The area, the location, the hotel itself, the staff. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular. Rooms with the sea view are just fantastic.

Cons:

We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was ok.

Kein 4* Hotel, eher 3* Superior mit Potential bei der Personalschulung und Kundenaufmerksamkeit
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, perfekte Aussicht aufs Meer. Leider war der Sonnenuntergang vom Turm verdeckt, aber da wir diesen sowieso draussen genossen war es nicht so schlimm.

Cons:

Auch hier waren die Frühstückzeiten 07:45 oder 10:00 alles Andere war bereits schon besetzt, da wir spät abends angekommen waren. Zudem war der Saal halb leer um 8.30 Uhr, also ganz blöde Regelung. Da gibt es Potential nach oben. Auch die Unterweisung des Personals müsste hier nochmals besser abgehalten werden. Die stehen am Rand und unterhalten sich lebhaft über Ihr Leben, statt auf die Kundschaft aufzupassen. Ausser ein Angestellter, der uns sehr half waren auch an der REception die restlichen Peronsnen nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Als wir nach unserem Nachtessen die Karte in den Schlitz taten, ging der Strom im ganzen Zimmer nicht mehr. Erst nach einer halben Stunde brachten wir es hin, dass es funktionierte. Man bot uns kein weiteres Zimmer an oder einen Preisnachlass, denn der Preis eines Zimmers hat es "Preis/Leistungsmässig" in sich. Es gibt 5* Hotels in der für die man nicht einmal einen drittel des Preises bezahlt und weitaus besser ausgestattet sind und das Personal viel aufmerksamer. Frühstück war sehr gut und ausgiebig. Aber das Personal informiert einem nicht, dass man die Eierspeisen separat bestellen muss. Das haben wir erst am zweiten Tag bemerkt.

A pesar de las obras, Tranquilidad y Descanso.
Pros:

Ubicación y vistas excepcionales, lo único que el paseo alrededor del Parador un poco peligroso, hay que tensar los cables del paseo y asegurar algún poste que está suelto sobre todo por los niños.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño, la bañera es un poco alta para las personas mayores y con movilidad reducida, cuando sales te escurres encima la mampara de cristal te da miedo para que no se rompa, deberían de estudiar e posible cambio por plato de ducha así se evitarían accidentes y un ahorro en consumo de agua.
La zona de Parking, habría que delimitarla para las personas que están hospedadas por que se juntan con las visitas y gente paseando que es prácticamente imposible aparcar.
Las obras, perforando con un taladro percutor a las 08.30 a.m.

Attitude lamentable de la direction

L' emplacement et le site sont merveilleux

Cons:

La chambre vendue à travers une publicité mensongère; en effet chambre réservée avec vue sur cour(photo a l appui de la confirmation) a 284 € la nuit.
Chambre attribuée (n*203) avec 1/2 fenêtre avec vue sur toit et sur mur de 6 m de haut,.
Réclamation faite a 21h le soir restée sans réponse et le lendemain a l accueil on nous a répondu " c est comme çà!"
Mail de mécontentement envoyé a l hôtel, réponse, vous auriez dû le dire avant alors que la réclamation du soir meme est restée sans réponse...
2e problème wifi excessivement lente 7 mbt, on nous m'a répondu "on a verifie c c'est faux!
Devant cette mauvaise foi caractérisée je joints les preuves.
Dommage une telle attitude de la direction qui refuse toute responsabilité et obligé. De quitter l hôtel à 9h faute d être obligé. De vivre avec la lumière.
Inadmissible pour un parador, la chambre 203 est une arnaque a 284€...

Elevate your stay at the Parador
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous antique furniture, quality bedding, and sumptuous service. Location with panoramic views of the marina, ocean, bay is incomparable! We like the Parador Baiona do much, we plan to stay at Parador Santiago de Compostela!

L'hôtel Parador était conforme à ce qu'on attendait compte tenu de notre expérience antérieure au Parador de Jaen.

Cons:

En revanche, au niveau du restaurant la déception était immense ! Aucun goût dans les plats, vraiment une cuisine de cantine, surtout lorsqu'on se rappelait du restaurant du Parador Jaen qui était extraordinaire. Une très mauvaise expérience que nous n'avons pas recommencée durant les 3 autres jours passés à l'hôtel.
