buena ubicacion con habitaciones muy poco insonorizadas.
Pros:

Habitacion bastante ruidosa, se oye todo tanto en la planta superior como en los pasillos, el desayuno fantastico con el pero de que te dan hora para desayunar, para mi opinion todo un atraso.

Cons:

Logo no primeiro dia tive um acidente grave nas instalações do hotel. Um longo corredor de repente se dividia numa metade que seguia no mesmo nível e outra metade em uma rampa. Sem aviso nem separação física. Tomei uma queda muito violenta ferindo o braço e batendo a cabeça. Felizmente consegui me recuperar sem trauma mais sério. Poderia ter sido fatal. O hotel precisa resolver esse problema para evitar outros acidentes.

Soo old and way overpriced
Pros:

It's impossible yo give more than 3 stars
Its SO OLD. Desperately in need of a total and complete upgrading. ALL the outdated furniture is only fit to be burnt on a bonfire. Bathrooms are ancient rubbish museum pieces.

Nothing has changed since the 1980's
Considering it's State owned , it's a very poor reflection of the government tourism office competence.

Room rates are astronomically expensive for what is really only a 3 star old hotel.

Location is fabulous and reception staff are friendly and everywhere is immaculately clean.. the ONLY positive comments

Better is to stay elsewhere in the cute town at less than half these prices and walk around the ramparts of this Parador.

En enclave es espectacular
Pros:

Las vistas son espectaculares.
La comida de buena calidad.

Cons:

Cuando hay boda no puedes utilizar la terraza para desayunar, comer o cenar, que para mí es el lugar más especial.
Y cuesta más aparcar cuando el precio para los alojados es el mismo.
Las toallas tanto de piscina como de playa son demasiado pequeñas.
Detalles como dejar bandejas de comida en los pasillos de la cena y seguir por la mañana en el mismo sitio. Lo he visto varios días no uno!.

Cons:

No customer service standards, all the staff were overworked and extremely stressed out, food quality a bit of a hit and miss. If you read all the reviews you will see quite a lot of tourists mentioning staff issues, especially at breakfast. They are all rushed off their feet, always a queue to get in, not a vegetable in sight at the breakfast buffet, hot options like eggs are by order only and you can’t get a waiter’s attention.
Ordered the same food at dinner on separate occasions, looked completely different. Check pictures.
Description in menu very different from reality (cod with beans and spinach had no spinach).
