La ubicación excelente. El desayuno bien.

Beautiful building in fabulous location; a real treat with gorgeous grounds and views.
Pros:

The location, the splendour of the beautiful building, the view, the history and size of rooms, both bedroom and generally. The food was very good (though we ate better elsewhere at times).

Cons:

The welcome and information. The receptionist struggled to smile. Never once said welcome or thank you for booking with us./how was your journey. Only information available was on a printed sheet. No indication of location of swimming pool (hard to find). We had to ask twice for tea making facilities (coffee was available) in our junior suite. The building is massively historic; there are public rooms with delightful areas to sit but there were no coffee table books specifically ones providing the Parador building through the ages. I asked about this at reception and was given a badly translated, four page printed sheet........ On checking out, although this person was more smiley, he didn't ask if our stay had gone well/had everything been ok. Didn't thank us for staying or wish us a pleasant journey. These things seem small but compared to the three other places we stayed, they were lacking and this cost a lot of money (to us). It seems the Paradors attract people for whom it isn't special it's just the norm which is sad.

My wife is disabled and your staff were very helpful. A very comfortable stay & we will continue to use paradors.
Pros:

Grear location & in easy reach of town

Cons:

Had to send back cold food at one dinner and the dinner portions were quite small.
Too many towels were replaced despite hanging them up. We asked the cleaner towards the end of the week not to give us fresh towels. We are conservationists! The plug on one basin did not work and we reported it to reception.
