Necesita una reforma y mejoras en la acústica
Pros:

Genial localización, amplio y limpio.

Solo dispone de dos plazas adaptadas de parking, pero a 5 minutos caminando está uno público por menos de 14€/día.

Cons:

Pero por el otro lado, está completamente desfasado. No solo en apariencia y acabados, también en términos de insonorización. Hablo tanto de la habitación como de las zonas comunes, ascensor, etc...

Ein super Hotel für 1-2 Nächte.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, nahe Zentrum. Geräumige saubere Zimmer. Wunderschönes Gebäude.

Cons:

Man hört von den Nebenzimmern viel und die Dielen knarzen bei jedem Schritt. Ist halt ein antikes Gebäude.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y el edificio precioso. Todo muy bien cumpliendo nuestras expectativas.

Cons:

Por poner un pero no hay parking ( normal al tratarse de zona peatonal)aunque hay uno público a 5 minutos caminando.
