Decepcionante
Pros:

El baño y la limpieza.

Cons:

Pase muchísimo frío. Además llame a recepción para comentarlo y me dijeron que la calefacción no estaba disponible y literalmente me respondió el hombre de recepción “yo también tengo frío”. Me parece increíble que ocurra esto en un hotel de cuatro estrellas donde lo que quieres asegurarte es una estancia confortable, que desde luego no fue mi caso. Muy decepcionada.

El personal encantador. La renovación de las habitaciones ha sido muy actual, respetando el carácter del edificio y su idiosincrasia. El entorno es precioso y muy cuidado.

Cons:

Están de obras en la entrada y dificulta el acceso, pero nos llamaron para avisarnos y darnos una opción para facilitarnos la subida al hotel.

En el bar pedimos un sandwich y fue un desastre, en el desayuno servicio regular (lento y despistado), obras sin terminar hace dos años,

Beutiful historic castle.

Cons:

Historic castle unfortunately renovated with no understanding. Some interior things and rooms are tried to make modern with no taste and technical understanding. There was plenty of water on the bathroom ground after every showering. And many other things are done very uncomfortable or not working properly.
The hotel is very bad maintained comparing with other Parador hotels. Staff was not professional and welcoming.

Cons:

onduidelijke dat zwembad niet open was, op geselecteerd maar in aparte opmerking stond dat het pas 15 juni open was. Parkeerplaats entree was in constructie. Gaat vast heel mooi worden. Jammer dat er geen nespresso en/of waterkoker was op kamer.
