Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass das Frühstück vollkommen überteuert und nicht wirklich gut war. Ebenfalls hat mir nicht gefallen, dass mein abends in der Cafeteria unter Umständen gar kein Platz gefunden hat.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Parador de El Hierro. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et attentif. Une mention toute spéciale au monsieur du petit déjeuner, d’une grande gentillesse, très serviable et constamment attentif à notre confort.
Notre chambre face à la mer était superbe, avec le bruit des vagues pour nous accompagner… un vrai moment de détente et de dépaysement.
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bon, avec du choix et des produits frais : délicieuse salade de fruits, excellent riz au lait maison, et tout ce qu’il faut pour bien commencer la journée.
Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons avec plaisir.

Pura paz.
Pros:

Las vistas son preciosas y el trato muy cercano. Si buscas paz vale mucho la pena.

Cons:

Está muy lejos del resto de la isla, eso le da paz pero también hace tedioso el moverse por el Hierro, además la piscina lleva mucho tiempo inhabilitada por un reforma.

Para el precio que se paga, el restaurante un desastre.

La habitación frente al mar

Cons:

La estancia en el Parador Nacional no cumplió con las expectativas. El sistema de servicio a la carta, en lugar de bufé, puede resultar adecuado cuando se dispone de suficiente personal; sin embargo, durante nuestra visita, el restaurante contaba únicamente con dos empleados para atender a más de 50 comensales simultáneamente. Esto provocó tiempos de espera superiores a una hora y media, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena.

Asimismo, en el régimen de media pensión, algunos segundos platos conllevaban un suplemento adicional, lo cual no resulta acorde con lo esperado en este tipo de establecimiento. Por otro lado, los baños presentan instalaciones anticuadas que requieren actualización.

En conjunto, la experiencia no fue satisfactoria, por lo que no recomendaría este establecimiento para el precio que se paga.
