If you enjoy staying in a calm beautiful and very rustic traditional setting and enjoy equal beach and pool time with go
Pros:

The location was perfect close to calm coves perfect for snorkeling. The rooms were spacious and clean good breakfast. The main pools were immaculate and there was always enough sun loungers. The restaurant served good quality meals. The hotel itself is pretty rustic but this is quite charming and sets it apart from all the modern hotels. Cala Fornells is also close to the beautiful Sant Elm and Dragonera area and perfect if you want to visit Soller, Valdemossa and Deia. The hustle and bustle of Peguera is a 20-30min walk away. We recommend hiring a car and the hotel offers free parking.

Cons:

The pool bar lacks some small snacks such as club sandwiches, fries so you don’t have to go to the restaurant for every meal. Since there is no other option close by this turns out quite costly for a family of four. Our toilet had some noise issues but this was solved by the hotel within one day. The carpets in the hallways could use a deep clean or replacement.

Be warned, this is not even a 3*! It should come with a small print that says “Budget conditions for five star prices* .
Pros:

There was a gentleman that worked the top floor restaurant that couldn’t have been more attentive! He was brilliant.

Cons:

Everything. Someone NEEDS to go back and re star * this place as it’s one of the worst places we have ever stayed and we honestly have had better experiences staying in a Travelodge than at this place! Just wow! It’s worse than any 3* hotel! It simply cannot be a 5 star!

Es liegt an einer schönen Bucht, ist jedoch schon ein sehr altes Hotel in dem schon lange nichts mehr renoviert wurde.
Pros:

Die Lage an der schönen Bucht und tolle Aussicht beim Essen.
Sehr ruhiges Hotel.

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal, sehr veraltetes Hotel. Entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel.
Sehr veraltete Möbel im gesamten Hotel, es wurde schon lange nichts mehr erneuert bzw renoviert.
Bis auf dem Hauptpool waren auch die Pools nicht einladend.
Kein Safe im Zimmer.

Solides 4-Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Die Aussicht ist Traumhaft und auch die naturnahe Gestaltung des Außenbereichs ist toll. Es ist nicht überlaufen und wenn man Ruhe möchte findet man diese Dort. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Es entspricht keinem 5-Sterne standard. Besonders der Service nicht. Wir hatten stellenweise das Gefühl das man Lustlos abgefertigt wurde. Es ist ein solider 3-4 Sterne Service. Manche der abgelegenen Pools waren ziemlich schmutzig. Das Mobiliar ist tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abendessen ist okay aber wieder - keine 5 -Sterne! Zimmerausstattung ist auch nur okay- der TV z.b. in die Jahre gekommen kein smart TV. Man erwartet einfach einen anderen Standard.

Alles in allem sehr schön.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr verschlafen. Wie in einem Märchen. Super Lage

Cons:

Es fehlen einfach nur Kleinigkeiten.
Zb wäre eine Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer von Vorteil. Aber wie gesagt, nur Kleinigkeiten.
Die Rezeptions Damen sind sehr resolut. Könnten freundlicher sein.

Schöne Lage, ruhig und freundliches Personal; Halbpensionessen war nicht sehr schmackhaft; Frühstück für ein Fünfsternehaus unzureichend

Cons:

Es gab kaum Wasserdruck in den Bädern. das Wasser war extrem heiß und dauerte ewig bis man unter die Dusche gehen konnte. Die Decke des Bads war voller Schimmel.

Location, food and peacefulness. Access to multiple pools across the hillside was a bonus. Often alone at a pool in August.

I would say it was more rustic/traditional than dated but definitely needs a little bit of TLC in some places. Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice.

Staff were excellent and responded quickly when the aircon leaked water into the room. They also were vey helpful when I experienced a medical issue.
The hotel was very nice and food in the hotel very good, overall a very enjoyable stay

The views were amazing, staff was amazing. Had dinner at the restaurant and Santi was our waiter. He was spectacular made the whole experience perfect. All the food tasted very fresh and was delicious. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk. The only downside is everything around the hotel closes around 9pm just so you can plan around that. Will definitely be planning another trip here.

Pour un 5 étoiles l accueil n est pas à la hauteur
En dehors du personnel dans le restaurant et au p’tit dej où le personnel était très bien
À l accueil à l arrivé comme au départ pas un mot. Nous sommes rester 15jours dans l hôtel et au départ pas un mot pour nous demander comment s est passé notre séjour etc..
Bref un grand défaut d accueil .
Dommage pour un 5 étoiles .
