BQ Belvedere Hotel

Great time at BQ Belvedere with the family. Modern and well maintained and cleaned rooms and amenities. The staff were great across all areas of the hotel.
We went half board and the food for breakfast and dinner was brilliant- something for us all and extremely varied across the time of our stay.
The free bus to palmanova was great and the frequency was brilliant.
Pool area extremely well kept, plenty of beds and really pretty views across the hills in the back ground.
A few things to further improve, evening entertainment was OK (music quiz was the most fun and the magician was good also) and the kids disco had the same songs every night.. the lifts were also quite temperamental so could do with being looked at.
All in all, a wonderful stay. ✨️ we would definitively recommend.

We spent the Easter weekend at this hotel on an all inclusive package booked via Jet2. We had a really good experience. Check in was super welcoming and friendly. All staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was clean and well kept and we were happy with our room - a little on the small side but clean, modern and comfortable. A super view from the ninth floor was a bonus. The bathroom had a good shower. The area the hotel was in was a little run down in places but we knew this from our research - we wanted to be in easy reach of Palma - the bus right outside the hotel took us into Palma for 2 euros and ran frequently even over the bank holiday. The all inclusive food was very good - the only slight issue was no labelling for allergens or sensitivities. Also no obviously available alternative milks and most dessert contained cream. I assume if I’d asked they could have sorted this but I think they could cater for gluten free and lactose sensitive customers better. Otherwise a really good few days here, we would return.

Booked a last minute 4 night stay. On turning up at 22.30 we enquired if there was anywhere to eat. Immediately the reception staff took our suitcases and told us to go to the restaurant quickly as they had snacks on till 11. The reception staff were wonderful, helpful and polite. Explained where everything was within the hotel.
We were all inclusive, drinks were lovely and the food was too.
Every member of staff that we met were lovely.
We took the shuttle bus from the hotel (which was free) into Palma Nova for a few hours. Nice touch by the hotel.
Taxis were plentiful too and from the hotel.
Pool was cold, however the weather was lovely ...plenty of sunbeds. A relaxed hotel.

My daughter and I stayed in this Hotel for a week recently.
The staff were very nice, food lovely, bedroom comfortable and the Hotel was very clean. I will definitely return.

The hotel is big and can accommodate thousands , so if you like the crowd. While I am visiting the hotel is quite empty. Running on probably 20% occupancy. There are too many rules and restrictions. I have not seen one example of a good customer service. The left over from dinner is served back in breakfast. We are smokers. I requested if I can take my morning coffee to smoking area and they blatantly said No even if I assured I will bring back the cup. I spoke to two managers and they said sorry the rule is the rule. In all it feels like visiting a grumpy aunts house that no kid wants to goto. Really bad bad customer service and communication. There’s no hot water kettle in the room. To make anything. My partner had tummy pain from dinner and I couldn’t make him tea or bring him tea or bring him any fruits to eat. Never staying here again. I work for Marriott from a long time. Our guests having a nice stay is most important to us. I think of you want something cheap because this hotel wasn’t pricey in first week April , but good food good service - go somewhere else.

Fabulous hotel with very comfortable bed and delicious food. Beach bar also very good for lunchtime snacks food. Pool is a good size and so never crowded.

We went all inclusive on my nieces hen party. Lovely and clean. Great pool area and pool bar. Good selection of food at meal times, snacks at pool bar from 10am -11pm range from pizzas burgers hot dogs & much more. Good for all inclusive and We only paid an extra £50 online for it so great value.

My husband and I thought the hotel was excellent. Everything about our stay was perfect, the room , staff, restaurant food, pool area and location suited us perfectly. It was also ideal to have the shuttle bus to Palma Nova, plus the local bus service.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Nice clean hotel lovely lovely staff. A little basic when comes to food choices.. no tea/coffee facilities in room.. beautiful pool. On a hill so if have mobility issues be careful. Easy access to transport.

Stayed mid October 2025. Nice big hotel. Very clean. Good room service. Reception very helpful and dining staff also very efficient. We went breakfast included. Always got a table and always room on the terrace. Empty plates quickly removed from our table. Very wide selection of foods including hot food - sausage, bacon, types of eggs, tomatoes etc. Can't be faulted although most of the sausage choices were chorizo, which I can't stand. We even paid extra (22 Euros each) for two evening meals (again wide choice of foods and good value) but mainly went into Cala Mayor to eat. Bit of a trip but worth the effort. Probably a problem for those with difficulties walking - a short taxi ride is advised (hotel will book for you). Massive pool, a bit cool this time of year but once in you soon warm up. Be aware if with non-swimmers the pool is generally quite deep. Found the beach on the last day but tended to get the free bus from the hotel to Palma Nova, a ten minute ride. This is a much bigger resort with a wide expanse of beaches , loads of shops and bars and restaurants. Also a sensible place to pick up provisions from the numerous small supermarkets. The hotel mini market offers water, chocolate, crisps but not much more in the way of food.

Our fourth visit and second this year to this hotel.
We return because, as stated in previous reviews, the staff, housekeeping,dining choice and spacious grounds all contribute to an excellent break.
The complimentary bus service to Palmanova along with the easy access to Palma are additional good points to consider.
We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and are planning to return soon.

This hotel is class. Very clean, great Staff and lovely facilities. Would definitely book again. And first drop off from the airport.

It was a lovely hotel, very clean staff were very friendly.
The only thing I didn't like there isn't anywhere to hang your wet towels and items out on a balcony ,
But the overall, experience was a good one, and we are looking to going back again next year.

This was our third time visiting BQ Belvedere and I must say, it really is a lovely hotel. We will definitely be back again next year. No problem getting sun loungers whatever time of the day. Food is lovely, snack bar food is made to order, fresh lovely kebabs (my favourite). Rooms are small but that doesn't bother us. Great free bus service to Palma Nova beach every 45 minutes. I would highly recommend

First time visiting this hotel as a couple in September 2025 for 6 nights (5 days).

We originally booked under self catering but upgraded to all inclusive for 44euro per person per day - which is a bargain considering you get all meals, snacks, drinks and ice cream at the pool bar.

Great hotel, is a bit on the smaller size but if you’re aware of this before you go it’s perfect for a small getaway. The pool is pretty deep though and for much of it you can’t stand in it so just be aware for this if taking any children. There is a really small extra pool for little kids if needed though! There were also plenty of beds and never a fight for them like you get at some hotels. However you do need to pay 10euro per towel with a 10 euro deposit if you wish to rent the hotel towels for the sun beds (this also needs to be in cash but there is an atm at the front of the hotel). This is usually pretty standard at most hotels though.

The food for all inclusive has a range of options, and is standard I would say. There is a different theme per night for dinner but I wouldn’t say I was wowed by the food but it had plenty of selection and had what you expect for an all inclusive. The plates are sometimes a bit dirty but you just find a clean one if needed. The pool bar is good for quick easy food and is made fresh. You also get a range of free ice creams at the pool bar during the day (if all inclusive). Although I wouldn’t recommend the whippy ice cream / frozen gelato as it’s very yellow and not tasty at all!

For drinks they do need to all be served by the staff and it’s a maximum of 3 per person so sometimes a little bit of a wait but nothing major at all. As expected at most hotels the premium spirits are not included in all inclusive but the majority of things are.

We didn’t look around the local area but we did take a free bus to palma nova which is a little day trip to do. Not much to do in palma nova but this can take you to further bus stops to go to palma, water parks etc.

There is a supermarket in the hotel but it’s a tad pricey but nothing too bad - unless you’re needing more sun cream it was 22 euro! However that’s our fault for running out and you could likely get cheaper in palma nova.

The room is small but suits fine for me and my partner but you may struggle if more people in it or if used to a larger space. The safe needs to be paid for if you want to use it. I would say the rooms aren’t that soundproof but there wasn’t a large amount of noise so we slept fine. Bed and towels are changed everyday. Air con can be a bit tricky to work but they have instructions for this.

The staff at reception are friendly (especially the woman with short grey hair) however I would say most of the waiter and bar staff aren’t overly friendly but they are polite and “get the job done”. However they are probs nearing the end of season and sick of us tourists but you won’t get much conversation or quick to attend. We usually got served one drink at dinner but never asked for refills etc and it was difficult to ever catch someone down.

We never saw the shows as we didn’t know where or when they were on - there maybe were signs but not clear to us! However we aren’t that fussed about shows so depends what you like. We also went when there is less kids so that might also be a factor.

The weather was overall pretty good, some overcast days but nothing major - but this can’t be controlled by the hotel!! They did however try to do some activities like darts etc to keep folk entertained. There is also water polo and dancing in the pool on most days.

Overall I would say it’s a pleasant stay for a short getaway in the sun. If you’re staying for a week or more you may get a bit bored as there isn’t much to do and it is a small hotel but it’s a great place especially for the price it is. There are also no major complaints from me. I think it’s very much a what you see is what you get hotel so if you have researched and aware of what it’s like then you will be pleased.

Eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Die Dusche lief aus, das Frühstück war vielfältig, aber nichts besonderes. Personal sehr gut! Der Pool war super, aber nicht früh genug geöffnet. Der große Parkplatz ist kostenlos aber nicht befestigt. Kam man sehr spät zurück, dann gab es kaum freie Plätze.

Nice Hotel, Food is good. We stayed all-inclusive and it was good. The pool was a little cold. Although we didn't take part in the activities, there were a lot of options throughout the day. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and the rooms were well-maintained.

I spent a week at this hotel which is about a 10 min walk to the main centre in Cala Major.
The hotel is really big with great facilities.
The pool is huge and has lots of beds both in the sun and shade. They could do with some more parasols as they're few and far between. Lovely garden which also has plenty of sunbeds.
We were all inclusive and found that the food at every meal was a very good variety with lots of choices. Lots of fresh fruit and great desserts.
The rooms were a good size with a great walk in shower, comfortable bed, lots of hangers in the wardrobe and a really good size terrace with chairs and a table.
I had a couple of problems with my room in that the air conditioning didn't work and the bathroom door was completely stuck. Both these were resolved as soon as I reported them.
The staff were very nice, friendly and polite. Getting served with drinks, both at meals and on an evening, was no problem.
The hotel runs a free bus service into Palma Nova which is great.
Would definitely return to this hotel.
