Un hotel senzill, ben situat però necessita una petita reforma.

Està ben situat i es pot arribar a peu a tot arreu.
El personal és molt agradable.

Cons:

Les habitacions necessiten una petita reforma, els llits però són ben comodes.
Vam voler deixar el cotxe al parquing i no entravem per alçada.
Una mica de calefacció al matí al menjador estaria bé.

Habitacion sucia y sin agua caliente
Cons:

En la habitación mucho polvo, pelos, mantequilla debajo la cama y papel.
L agua caliente tardaba entre 5/10 minutos en llegar y cuando llegaba quemaba da no poder estar.
El chico de la recepción era amable, la señora muy fría.

Me sentia enferma me hospede en la planta numero 1 no podia bajar por un domicilio de una comida q pedi y le dije al chico de recepcion me grito y me respondio super mal no deberian de tenee este tipo de personas en recepcion que no sean amable con los clientes ay q respetar

Bien, buen fin de semana.
Pros:

Bilbao perfecto, y del alojamiento no puedo decir más porque no hicimos casi uso de la habitación, nada más que para dormir y desayunamos fuera.

Cons:

La zona, el barrio bonito, pero poco fiable.
