This was an absoultely brilliant stay . We couldnt rate it high enough .
Pros:

This location is situated in an old castle with fantastic views of the countryside . It has been carefully renovated & the Hotel has beautiful period furniture & decor . The staff were extremly helpful & the bed was also comfortable. We had a room with a verandah so spent alot of time enjoying the view .

La atención , sobre todo del chico que estaba el jueves.
Las chicas del desayuno y del bar muy amables.

La.puerta de la habitación estába mal encajada y por encima se veía una ranura más grande y entraba toda la luz del.pasillo.

Las cortinas de la ventana deja pasar toda la luz por los laterales.

Lovely parador in the centre of a small but very historic city.
Pros:

I had a lovely quiet, clean and spacious room. The dinner and breakfast were great, as was the service. The location in the old city is excellent.

Cons:

What's not to like?! I didn't find anything.

Correcto, pero instalaciones mejorables
Pros:

Ubicación excelente en edificio histórico (castillo restaurado) aunque el jardín y la torre del homenaje no se podían visitar por obras. Desayuno excelente.

Cons:

La página indica que las camas dobles son de 130-150 cm (al menos en la habitación estándar, como reservamos con poca antelación era la única disponible). Mi pareja es muy corpulento y ese tipo de cama se nos queda pequeño, lo cual nos obliga a solicitar habitaciones con dos camas simples (90+90 > 150) pero creo que un hotel de 4 estrellas como el parador debería tener camas dobles de 180 cm, máxime cuando caben perfectamente en la habitación.
Las habitaciones se abren con llave, no con tarjeta y los llaveros son muy pesados, lo cual te disuade de llevar la llave contigo al salir. Una de las veces que salimos, a la vuelta, el recepcionista no estaba y después de esperar unos 10’ tuvimos que ir a buscar a algún empleado (la camarera de la cafetería) para que nos diera la llave.

Cons:

Creo que el desayuno debería ser más completo. Además la habitación que nos dieron me pareció demasiado básica para ser un Parador, quizás un poco oscura.

Pros:

Localização , edifício histórico restaurado e muito bonito . A casa de banho tinha um bom espaço, com área do chuveiro muito boa e sem banheira o que é muito bom .

Cons:

Atendimento no Check in pela funcionária que nos atendeu de maneira muito fria , pouco cordial . Reservei quarto com cama de casal e foi nos dado um com duas camas de solteiro.

Not dog friendly.
Pros:

The building and staff were pleasant. The food was nice.

Cons:

They allow dogs but are not dog friendly. The room had a drainage smell, very disappointing. We had to eat in the large hallway with no windows, as it’s the only place dogs are allowed. You pay €30 extra for dog, and seem to get the worse room and very restricted within hotel.
